یہ ھمارے محلے میں ھی ھے میں کراچی سے ھی لکھ رھا ھوں یہ ایک مخصوص چٹنی ھے اس " بن کباب " کے ذائقے میں اصل کمال اس چٹنی کا ھے ماشاءاللہ بہت ذائقے دار ھوتا ھے پہلے یہ کراچی کے بہت قدیم علاقہ " برنس روڈ " سے یہ بن کباب شروع ھوا اور اب کراچی کے دیگر علاقوں میں ملتا ھے کراچی بہت بڑا شہر ھے جس کا ھر علاقہ ایک الگ شہر لگتا ھے اس کی آبادی 30 ملین سے بھی زیادہ ھے ۔

I used to live in Pakistan Chowk where this shop is situated and I have eaten not only this tasty bun kebab but also its biryani n haleem, they are as popular as bun kebab. Last time when visited Karachi Pak, ate 4 bun kebab in a row what a tasty thing at affordable price 😍

Its made out of Dall.
You can ask for Meat & Dall kebab/tikki.
What Mark had was Dall & meat tikki bun kebab.
The veg version has dall tikki & batter. Egg is not used in veg.
I used to live in Karachi.
The pattie is called Shami Kebab, and it is also made with Chicken and lamb

It's shami kabob. Some bun kabob vendors use daal kabob too.
Bun kababs cost 30 rs PKR
Approx 15 rs INR
Waise bun kebab veg or non-veg dono options hotay hain but rate same rehta hai.
And it is same as pav bhaji or vada pav in Mumbai. Just the chutney is green pudina. Jaise vada pav ya pav bhaji ke sath red lehsun ki chutney.
Bun kabab is mostly made of daal (lentil) only but this one has both beef + daal.... ..and yes every person living in karachi has eaten bun kabab
