Gizzards are great. Try it with mustard and hot sauce. Or you can crockpot them thangs. Or you can boil them and turn the water into a medium thick gravy. Yummy!

All that cooking and all them dishes. We were put to work as kids. Peel potatoes, chop onions. It taught us what it took to prepare Thanksgiving dinner .
