The sauce is made of tomato sauce mixed with some condensed milk thus the sweet flavor. Tho some Filipinos in the Philippines use banana catsup with tomato sauce.
Wrong. Banana 🍌 sugar vinegar and spices the original color is brownish yellowish , sometimes they use red dye to make it resemble ketchup
