SUITABLE FOR BREAKFAST MINI PANCAKE RECIPE

Mini Pancake Recipe
Material :
1 egg
55 gr granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
150 gr wheat flour
115 liquid milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
How to make :
1. Add the eggs, granulated sugar, salt and vanilla then stir until the sugar dissolves
2. Add the flour and stir again while pouring in the milk little by little until it forms a dough and add a little baking powder and oil then stir again until smooth.
3. Heat the Teflon and take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and pour the mixture 1 at a time until the pancakes are cooked. Repeat again until the pancake mixture is finished
4. Serve the pancakes with chocolate glaze (according to taste) and the mini pancakes are ready to be served
