Crush them as you take center from them and keep it! 7:46 Reps for high volume at this exact position, build comfort and density at that angle, you got it perfect here! (Constructive criticism) The #1 issue I saw with your match was your inability to climb with your hand while you were in the open toproll/kingsmove. Not sure if this was a strength issue, timing issue, or what, but it was apparent in that your opponent got the high ground quickly on every stop by out-climbing your hand.

I think you gotta treat your elbow flexion ROM stretching similarly to your PR's for lifts to regain that muscle memory and comfortability in those tight angles. And to train that inner ROM better, you could do decline (maybe even fully horizontal, chest down) bicep curls, focusing on holds and negatives at maximum flexion to make sure you're tackling that tightest ROM.

Recommend switching up the grip on the pronation lift. Having the strap go through the hand and down over the knuckles is just way better, not around the hand and anchoring in the forearm.. Really hits the connective tissue in the wrist when anchored in the hand vs having the anchor point down on the forearm like you are doing there.

make a cable system that moves like an opponents arm and wrist straps to your hand with limiters so it cant hurt you by twisting ur wrist past flexability but has constant pressure in the correct direction so it would have a joint connected to the table where the opponents elbow would be attached with cable heading towards the opponents winning corner that redirects up to the wrist trying to twist ur hand back could even have secondary cable with a separate weight stack trying to curl ur hand opposite side of table and opposite comer at the same time. the fake arm could have length adjustments to imitate a longer arm or hand size. but the way you and devon train with cable ssytems isnt putting true opponent forces picoting off an oponents elbow and shoulder and waist movements. so only certain posistions of your muscle fibers are being trained instead of all the fibers at certain points of the match in a true full motion.

the main difference between WAL pulls and later pulls i see is your hand position, you are getting turned palm up, that never happened in WAL.
so...whatever it is that causes that...fix it (if possible, nerve damage still a thing?). good luck, because you won't defend against Lars press being palm up.

This pronation exercise is useless because the angle is not translating to the table at all! Michael yiu should change the angle of the pressure of this lift

muscle needs rest to recover and grow...if you exercise every day the same muscle it will not be able to recover and grow...and you damage it more and more....

Not a hater here but Michael, you are not training accurate. Those exercise angles doesnt fit your technique on table and training approach is not by any strength standards.. for example if your PR is 235 and you are working with 150 for reps, thats only 64% intensity which is good for recovery and maybe maintaining some level but definitely not for improving strength. You need proper coach in my opinion and results will come!

This is good to focus on but your side pressure and bicep needs to be stronger as well. More Igf-1 will help your hands and wrist grow which will help your cup, riser and pronation get stronger. 💉💊💚
Levan wasn't born the way he is, crazy growth hormone doses, a shit load of food and dedicated, intelligent training to arm wrestling made him what he is. You're never gonna be the champ without some acromagly. Your hands are too small, get juicing and become the monster.
