You have the Swiss Army knife of canoes; it will do it all. Beautiful!👏👏👏 I’ll be giving you a call for a spray deck soon. It might have to be my Christmas present to myself. I just had my Swift Prospector 14 Pack delivered a few weeks ago and it looks naked next to yours 😆
Thank you for the opportunity to share my boat and outfitting with your customers and audience! It should be noted that that the pristine-looking bottom of the canoe that you see at the start of the video has had the snot kicked out of it all year, including high centering on the point of a stump, scraping over gravel bars, bumping and sliding over logs in the dark at race speed, and running up on rocky Lake Superior beaches. I haven't done any buffing, polishing, waxing, or repairs to the hull - that's what it looks like after a season with over 1000 miles under the hull. I am very impressed and happy with the durability.❤ If anyone is curious, that's the Kevlar Fusion layup with Textreme Innegra-Carbon fabric, a carbon Kevlar plain weave interior, and the epoxy resin option with UV Shield.
Thanks for that extra info. I'm looking at Swift for a lake as well as river tripper and deciding if it can handle some bumps into rocks during moderate Class II's. I've been looking at what you do on Swift's for quite some time and you have elegantly solved some of the clunky solutions I have come up with on my own and plan to use what your company offers, if I do go with Swift.
@@wondermonkeyoutdoorsIf I knew it was a boat aimed at river tripping in Class II or III conditions, I would get the Kevlar Expedition layup with the Basalt-Innegra commingle fabric and epoxy resin system. In fact, that’s how they’re building my Dragonfly 15 right now. :-)
@@redleafdesigns2157 Thanks for the replies. I'm going to Canoecopia in Madison, WI this March and plan on laying all out for Bill or whomever is there to make sure I make the right choices, I know they want that as well. Any chance of your company being at Canoecopia?
@@wondermonkeyoutdoors They will make sure you're heading in the right direction. 🙂 We will definitely be there and will have both a Dragonfly 15 and the Cruiser 16.8 you see in this video on display with their full outfitting. I'm not sure if those boats will be in our booth or the Swift booth, but they'll both be there for you to see in person.

You just can’t beat well thought out design and fit-out to match. This is highly impressive work. Love it.
I never thought to put a
light on the bow! What kind of light do you use?

Oops! The first comment was under my personal account and these last two were under our business account, but they’re both from me (Jeremy).

This layout is tactical AF. 😎
That is quite the canoe setup!
Love the outfitting. The cargo ladder would be awesome in the Dumoine
