I am having problems with the laser burning? I have loaded all the software you requested to do for this laser machine. I also don’t have the laser that the cover can be removed and I did nor get the orange focus piece. If any help you can offer before I send it back…thanks
There is only 2 causes for material burning. 1) The laser is moving too slow or 2) the power is too high. Try increasing the speed a lot. Also in Lightburn make sure you units are in mm/min rather than mm/s. You can change this in the preferences under the Lightburn menu option
@@bevs74vw Lightburn is a pretty solid entity but there is a fully functional trial you can play with for a month. I don't understand why you can't get the free software. Are you saying you can't download LaserGRBL?
@@jessicacarolinaocandourdan5473 The laser modules should work on both the Ortur LM2 and Aufero. The LM3 uses a different connector so unless Ortur provides some sort of adapter, Aufero modules won't work on on the LM3 or vice versa
This would depend on the model features you are seeking. The lower end models tend not to have limit switches but higher end models will provide this and more.

I can’t get the free software so would it be wise to buy before trial?

Hi, I bought this but I wanna get the LU2-4sf laser, could I use both lasers with the afuero láser 2?
You can use any of the 3 laser modules designed for the Aufero. LF is better for cutting and the SF is better for engraving.
@@SteveMakesEverything Could I use the Ortur laser as well, or does it only works with the Aufero?

have you tried anodized aluminum? i would like to buy a small diode laser just for god tags. thanks good video
dog tags lol
Got it.
You should be able to use anodized metals as long as the colors are dark.
@@SteveMakesEverything thanks Steve....I do have a 100watt Boss laser but I am looking for something I can leave set up for just doing tags
@@brianvarey3488 Well this won't be as fast as your Boss 100W, but it would definitely require a lot less space 😉
Could this be used with a rotary if a riser of some sort is made?
Or do they have something on the market that would work like this?
They actually offer a rotary for this model
Yes they do. I put an affiliate link in the description if you want to use it
Considering SCULPFUN or Autero.
