Russian leader Vladimir Putin was in the northeastern city of Harbin on Friday (May 17), the final day of a visit aiming to promote crucial trade with China and win greater support for his war effort in Ukraine. China has offered a critical lifeline to Russia's isolated economy, with trade booming since the invasion and hitting $240 billion in 2023, according to Chinese customs figures.

Taiwan's own name is Republic of China. Taiwanese passports, birth certificates, money all say China on it.
Even Taiwan's military is named after China.
Taiwan gets 67% of its food from abroad, 22% of that food comes from Mainland.
They also 98% of its energy from abroad.
All China needs to do is a blockade and Taiwan will go without power and wills starve to death.
Plus China could shell and flatten the whole of Taiwan from its coastal regions
You are dealing with a 5000 year old civilization state here.
This is not the first time China has invaded and reunited Taiwan to the Mainland.
The first time was in 1682.
Maybe you should read about other countries history before before you start speculating about conflicts you don't know anything about.
