I am a diehard Bama alum/fan but I wanted to comment on this video. To the Kentucky faithful, a huge congratulations on a very successful season. I was glad to see the Wildcats earn some national respect against and win against a storied program like Penn State to cap off the season. Snell was really fun to watch. His number of touchdown rushes put him in some very elite company. Best of luck next season.

Born and raised all my life Kentucky Wildcat fan, but I'll be the first to say that the Cats are fortunate they had that big 3rd quarter, because Penn State was flat out coming back at them hard in the 4th quarter. Great job by Benny Snell getting those couple of much needed 1st downs on Kentucky's last drive to keep the clock moving, and congrats to Benny for passing Sonny Collins to become UK's all-time rushing leader! Well done Cats!

That was easily the best Kentucky team I'd ever really seen. I was just a kid during the '77 season, so I don't recall anything from that season. Last year's team, with a better QB, another great o-line, a top 15 defense, and great coaches, was the best I've seen so far.

Didn't score points when we had the momentum. Sad to see us give the game away when we outperformed UK 3 of the 4 quarters. I see a ton of promise for the future though. Tommy Stevens and Sean Clifford are both really solid qb's and the defense played solid for most of the game. Not too shabby for a bunch of young players. Coaching is still questionable though, definitely should've went for it on 4th towards the end.
WHY ME Sec > big 10. Sure but do You honestly think that ole miss or Vanderbilt is better than Ohio state just because sec > big 10? Sec IN GENERAL is better than big 10, sure. But Penn state and Michigan we’re both ranked higher than Florida and Kentucky. But Iowa wasn’t ranked and they beat Mississippi state. So that little ranking chart you used is about as useful as the top 25 rankings.

I disagree , the big ten is arguably the best conference. The last two years they are more victorious in postseason. Also Ohio state should have been in they beat more ranked teams then anyone in the country. I believe ohio state would have played a better game then oklahoma or notre dame.
Oklahoma beat the team they lost to. Oklahoma also faced the 2nd best team in their conference title game. Ohio state lost to pursue by 29. Auburn destroyed purdue and it could have been 90 points but they stopped the pain. The anomaly that hurt Ohio state was a independent Notre Dame that didn't play a 13th regular season game. I study the best 500 Players in high school for the past 15 years. Alabama and southern states seem to get the most 5star4star players why? Maybe they prefer to play in warmer climates. All bowl game are played in the south And west coast. Big ten play the road game every season.I wonder if Alabama Georgia had to play Michigan Ohio state in January in the cold.? Ohio state would have beat Oklahoma or Irish. In the end ncaaf got the 2 best teams. Good debate is healthy for College football and I wouldn't had a problem if Ohio state were selected they were the best big ten team by a mile.

Penn State hired James Franklin to take them to those type of standards, not go to Citrus bowls or Outback bowls. A lot of PSU fans that’s I’ve been seeing comment is about how much they hate their coach & need to fire the whole staff. Talking about how terrible the season was & has been the last few years lol. But before the game a lot of PSU papers & fan boards was calling a 35-7 blow out vs UK, didn’t believe we had a shot lol. Kentucky dominated for 3 an half quarters, hard to score 3 TD’s in 7 mins against UK’s top tier defense no mater who’s coaching. But I guess some fans are always gonna go after the coaching staff. No matter how many 10 win , top bowl appearing, & good seasons they’ve produced.
If Penn State needed 9 lives to find a way to lose that game then they used them up and then some. Gave up 13 pts to special teams fuck ups then had multiple dropped balls by wide open recievers. QB can't win by himself.

Penn State hired James Franklin to take them to those type of standards, not go to Citrus bowls or Outback bowls. Franklin's record vs Ohio State Michigan and Michigan State is 1-4 vs each, not one win in 2017 and 2018 vs a top ranked opponent and has a losing record in bowl games. He's underachieving.

Do the PSU fans feel like the Penn St postgame hosts that this game didn't matter to PSU..seeing how it's a third tier bowl game now? I'm a UK fan and still give props to the PSU players for a good game but seriously?? What say you PSU fans.. are they full of shit and just sour graping it now or do they reflect the PSU views on the citrus bowl. I'd venture a guess that had they won their comments would have been full of the historic nature of the bowl and the importance of it etc etc. They didn't even say hey good job UK in winning a battle of a game. A lot of PSU fans that’s I’ve been seeing comment is about how much they hate their coach & need to fire the whole staff. Talking about how terrible the season was & has been the last few years lol. But before the game a lot of PSU papers & fan boards was calling a 35-7 blow out vs UK, didn’t believe we had a shot lol.
Kentucky dominated for 3 an half quarters, hard to score 3 TD’s in 7 mins against UK’s top tier defense no mater who’s coaching.
But I guess some fans are always gonna go after the coaching staff. No matter how many 10 win , top bowl appearing, & good seasons they’ve produced.

If Penn State needed 9 lives to find a way to lose that game then they used them up and then some. Gave up 13 pts to special teams fuck ups then had multiple dropped balls by wide open recievers. QB can't win by himself.
