    I use millets regularly at home! They do give the fluffiest idlies and perfect dosas! Love how you have served the dosas crisp and with masala! Looks very tempting

    Loved all 3 varities using single millet batter. Idli looks spongy, dosa very crispy and masala is very yummy.

    dosa using barnyard millet is a lovely way of including millet in diet.

    How come you add salt before fermentation. Usually it is done after fermentation. Can you please confirm?

    • @MasalaKorb
      @MasalaKorb  3 роки тому

      If you are staying in a hot weather condition area say like in India, you can add salt after fermentation especially in summers! You can also add it before but, not leave it too long for fermentation. But, if yo stay in a cold country like in my case, adding salt before will aid better & quicker fermentation....That's the difference! Hope this helps!

    Hello and thank you for your recipes. I followed this recipe exactly, left it in the oven with the light on for 12 hours and it didn’t ferment at all. What am I doing wrong??

    • @MasalaKorb
      @MasalaKorb  3 роки тому

      May be it was not warm enough...try leaving it for extra 2 to 3 hours!
