The worst pain I have is when my gluteus medius has shut down because the nerve is compressed from degenerative disc disease. I have gone from unbelievably fit from power yoga/anusara yoga/core yoga and walking 2-3 miles almost every day to sedentary because I cannot walk -- it is constant pain. I am saving this video for when I finally reactivate it and stop overusing my hip flexor. I never thought I'd be here. I need to start all over again.Excellent exercises for anyone who wants to keep their strength. Thank you for sharing this!

I had bunion surgery last year; and my left big toe doesn't have its normal flex. How can I modify the lunges so that I can do them? (I'm not a dancer; but I do a lot of bicycling. Seems to me that these exercises should be useful for improving my leg strength).
this couldn't have come at a better time! I've been having trouble with what you mentioned at the beginning of the video (beats, stability in adagio and turns, turnout etc.) I'll be trying this everyday and see how much it helps me. TYSM ily!
