- So I decided to buy ANOTHER Xbox One from Gamestop. It's the Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Special Edition 1TB (I accidentally called it the COD xbox a few times in the video, lol). Hopefully this will go better than my last used xbox one experience with gamestop...

I bought a used “refurbished” ps4 from gamestop and it worked long enough for me to play games, and update it. Then I loaded gta V and played it for a bit before the whole console acted like it was getting a bad hdmi connection then it shut off. My second replacement worked pretty fine but when I opened it up to change the hard drive it was covered in dirt and was supposed to also be refurbished.
Finally, GameStop give consumers a working console!

Welp lol, what I've learned between these two videos is the following: Game Stop has poor packing standards, the used consoles work, but looks used...because it is USED.
I bought an Xbox 360 S from GameStop a while back, and I can tell they didn't check the DVD drive. There was a working paintball game in there. 😂 It does beep every so often however, as though it's ejecting the drive, but it doesn't. It will eject if I tap the button, but not when it does that beeping thing.

scratches are expected. Its not new. if it works it works. if it doesn't you have a warranty.
I have a battlefield addition I bought at a pawnshop I'm glad to see another one that also doesn't make a special addition noise I thought something might be wrong with mine also it didn't have the special addition controller mine just had the standard black which is cool I like it better than a white one but I'd love to have the controller that goes with the battlefield addition just to make it a complete set
man, I really wonder why GameStop like doing this. The shipment box is like worse than my personal shipment for my mom or sth. Look at how badly the tape was applied. Moreover, they made the box for the console but why not the organizer inside it, now the controller and cable wont move. Lastly, using the rubber ring for ALL pre-owned and refurbished devices. Cmon, i only use those rubber for temporary cable management. Im not wonder why they are going down. lol

Will you do a "Foreign disc" video with this XBOX? If you do this, also try a Scratched xbox game and also scratched ps4 game, etc. The controller you got looks like a Xbox one X controller, compare the controller with the xbox one x controller please :)
I bought a premium refurbished Xbox 360 slim and it was fine except that they gave me dead batteries in the wireless controller but that isn't really a problem

I Bought a used Xbox 360 slim with the chrome trimming and a year later it still runs good and also that packaging is horrendous whenever I buy a used console they pack it well with cardboard cut outs to fit the console so it’s not sliding around and little slots for the controller and the cables and even a tiny slot for the batteries

I just bought an xbox 1 from cex which is a UK equivalent of gamestop. The console works completely fine only issue is the hdmi will sometimes flicker black for 5seconds then back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this ?

I purchased a used 1st gen xbox one (white Model) last year from gamestop and still work's no issue's, but I picked it up from the store. when I opened the box the power brick and controller and cord's were on top of the system.

XOne is easily the worst offender in this case. If the thing wasn't a full fledged PC, running the worst OS in history, trying to masquerade as a console, I suppose the boot times might be more reasonable.

It’s most likely that the used xboxs get don’t get packaged that well I’ve seen refurbished and they have been packaged well with not as many scratches or stains

@@thuggathuggababy i bought my pro on ebay, for 1 ..ebay has pictures, and 2... you can go through the ratings to see how good a seller is. my rule of thumb is no less than 98 percent rating with over 100 sales. pretty much a sure thing if you live by that rule....got the pro from a guy who cleaned it and repasted before shipping. doubt gamestop would take the time to repaste
