- Visitors will, for the first time, be able to take a peek at the famous royal balcony from inside Buckingham Palace.
After five years of renovations, the east wing of the palace has been carefully restored and on a trial basis is open to paying customers.

I was surprised to read the comments, to be honest. I expected a great deal of fawning but there isn’t.
My thoughts was why is this going to the charitable trusts of the King? If the tax payer funded the renovations (according to the BBC in 2016 it was £369million and I’m pretty sure that figure grew) then entrance fees should be returned to the tax payer. By charitable trusts, who knows who has benefited from the cash? Certainly, it won’t be accountable to the tax payer.
As I always say, the French make more money from their Royal family.

@@jakereevesward4562 Literally every museum in every country has looted stuff, it might not be a colonizer country, but their museum has, specially bought from smuggler. For exemple, the National Museum of Brazil just received a indigenous coat that was stolen by the Portuguese, sold to Denmark, but they are refusing to give the coat back to the Tupinamba people. We also have the stuff we proudly stole from Paraguay after we exterminate 66% of the population in a war THEY started.
Another example is the vast majority of natural museum across the world has brazilian fossils bought from fossil smugglers. It is illegal since 1930s to sell any Brazilian fossil, ore, animals, plants to any national or foreigner company without authorization from the Federal Government.

Watching the world turn against us and what we have turned into over the last 30 years us true Brits don't stand a chance or in Europe now the whole world knows about us but they refuse to show you what they have today because of us or educate properly in a world that was completely different before ww1 and ww2 and in Europe now.
