    Thanks for sharing this issue 🙏 I'm not sleeping well. It's been 13 years since the tragic loss of my beautiful 27 year old daughter 😢 💔 I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression 😢 💔 A good night sleep for me is only 4 hours a night. And during those 4 hours I either wake up in between. I am also going through narcissistic abuse from my daughter in law 😢 She has abusing me for the past 6 years 😢 Now she has brainwashed my son and my rights to ever see my grandchildren again 😢 💔 I am at the breaking point. 😢

    I can't sleep because i was worrying if i had fatal insomia

      Drink some tea, read a book.
      I assure you, do this and you will find it easier to fall asleep.
      If you keep being worried and it prevents you from reading, drink some water, get up and do something easy and low-stimulating. (Idk, knitting, f.e.)

      Very. Sleep affects everything, physically and mentally.
      What happens during sleep is that your brain and body repair themselves. When this process is interrupted or significantly reduced, your brain starts to take on some light form of damage and impaired functioning. The damage is reversible in the short term, but long term sleep deprivation has a more lasting impact on brain function.

      Honestly for me it changes everything. I’ve been severely depressed for years but once i started sleeping enough i found the energy and hope to change my whole life in like three months.
