Talib, this doctor asks us to get rid of cooking oil altogether and use water instead. Can you do that ? I am finding it impossible, getting in to repeated conflicts with my spouse.
@@talibmoghul1771 You misunserstood me. My wife does the kitchenwork. She says that water cannot replace oil. This doctor says one must remove oil completely & substitute it with water. I dont know how to cook. So, I am forced to eat cooking oil despite the health hazard associated with it.

What a simple way to explain causes and remedies of heart attack. Dr. Chhajer's way of explaining a complex issue in a common man's language is excellent. I wish I had listened to him 20 or so years ago. Thanks for educating me in a very simple language.

I went to the top hospital in Lahore but the cardiologist over there told me nothing and prescribed me medicine and left me pretty much hopeless. Actually doctors in Pakistan are way too arrogant to talk to the patients and educate them!
Exactly usman bhai, unchi dukan pheeka pkwan wala hisab hai, m ne b abi waisay hi test krwaya mera triglyceride 268 pe hai, and mera sugar 205 random pe hai, now i have changed my eating habbits and started doing excercise, without medication, hmen kch basic tests to krwany hi chahian or smjna b chahiay unhn
Most of the doctors in India also are not soft spoken. Several of them are arrogant but many have heavy load of patients as well. In USA, doctors are given training to speak politely.
My Doctor in Mumbai is very down to earth, super Softspoken and Super Knowledgeable... But yes most doctors treat the patients like Number thats it. Very few have personal connect.
