I’m working on a small table that I mixed walnut and maple. Your table looks really FANTASTIC! Thanks for the inspiration! I will also be using Rubio for the finish now.
Thanks David. You have been on my mind lately. Hoping the situation you shared when we last spoke has improved. Give me a call sometime and lets catch up.
You really nailed this video in my opinion Freddie ! This is exactly the format and style that I enjoy watching and learning from ... as you show each step and explain tips and tricks along the way. It is fine for you to talk through your video but this is my favorite video style by far. Thanks Freddie !!! :-) Dennis in Western Canada
I have missed you the last 2 weeks, hope you are just busy living the good life. Thank you for sharing your talent and time what a beautiful build. Great work as usual!
Beautiful table and fantastic design. When I was watching you apply your finish to the table, I was thinking this table design would be great to expand on to make two end tables for someone's bedroom. Again, as always, awsome job!
Fabulous, nice build. I have built about a dozen of these and still learned a few things. May I suggest.....Put the rear side guide high and the one in the front low but on the inside of the case, not on the drawer. That way it won't show and you can still remove the drawer. I also never tapered the legs all the way, left a straight section at the top about 5" long. That way you don't have to angle the ends of all the frame pieces. I am still thinking about that, your way might be better. Also like your kit idea, might be good way to ship it.
Michael!!! Great to hear from you. I'd sell anything I have except my soul. Already sold that. :-). Might be hard to ship now int he complete form but how about a kit you could assemble and finish yourself? I've been eager to test that concept. Send me an email if you want to explore. Still willing to ship the finished piece if we can figure out a good way to make that happen.
I noticed an effort to be professional and down to business. Awesome techniques used and amazing end result. Where do you source the wood? Best wishes.
Freddie a beautiful table and the video work was equally as good. Hope all is well and you have been able to find some of that free time for yourself to make more of these projects. Also the drawer glides is a very cleaver use of the leg pads
Feddie, Great to see another project vid. Honest question...when I build Shaker style, I chamfer the top but put the flat side up. Seems to lighten up the top. Why did you have the chamfer up? Thanks.
Bill!!! Thanks for watching. No real method to my madness and I try not to overthink things like that. I just go for what appeals to my eye. Simple as that. :-)
Pesh!!! Thanks for watching. Your ears are keen. I had a horrible cold that week and still had remnants in my voice when I did the voiceover. Doing fine now though. Really appreciate your concern!

Beautiful. Helpful video as well. I intend to use this design.
That table looks fantastic. Simple in style, but absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks Tyler. I like the elegant simplicity as well.
Glad to see you back in the game. I enjoyed the video a lot.

Fred, this is a beautiful build. Do you have plans for sale?
Nice piece... Cool idea instead of runner on the drawers
Thanks Nathanael.

Amazing 👏
Nice video. I don’t see many actual build videos
Thanks Tim. There are plenty of build videos. I have them categorized on the channel. Check em out!
Looks great man! Hopefully that nut shot @8:02 didn't hurt 🤣. Keep up the great work 💪
Hahahaha. Good eyes!
I noticed an effort to be professional and down to business. Awesome techniques used and amazing end result. Where do you source the wood? Best wishes.
Thanks Robert. Really appreciate the words. I get lumber from Wurth.
Sweet!
Thanks Edison!
You should always use clamps on both sides of a panel glue up.

Thanks for checking it out Jim. Yes, the respite has helped!

How do you make those pocket holes? I think it's not an ordinary pocket hole jig...
Its a low angle pocket cutter. There's not many options on the market and they are a tad pricey.
@@GotItMade Thanks. I've googled and yes, it's quite steep.
Awesome video! glad I found your channel. Where did you get your pouch?
Thanks Joe. Check out (google) Dragonfly Woodworking and Leather for the pouch.
Fantastic job as usual! What blade do you have on the table saw it seems to cut like a hot knife in butter
Thanks Josh. I have become a big fan of Tenryu blades!
Love the table, looks amazing. Does anybody know what types of wood were used in this project?
Thanks Geoff. I really appreciate the kind words. The wood is walnut and maple.
@Got It Made what type of pocket hole machine did you use?
It a Castle
See you are doing it at the makers mart, I know that can’t be your blood on the table saw at 1:00 min in. LOL
Yeah, I built the last two things at the maker space. Hahaha. Didn't notice the blood. :-)
First, loved the build video, thanks for doing it. Second, you didn’t sound well, hope you are feeling ok!
Pesh!!! Thanks for watching. Your ears are keen. I had a horrible cold that week and still had remnants in my voice when I did the voiceover. Doing fine now though. Really appreciate your concern!
The top is upside down
Great job
Very nice!!
Thank you!
