Main reason palming hands. Whether in UK, USA or Jhoomritalayya ( find out in wikipedia Or google) not your dear near ones for an opinion before investment. All major builders aren't builders or developers. But only profit mongers. Not acceptable professionals. Contractors sorry to say garbage. Worst than PWD or CPWD. Reasons same corruptions. Called a mason to repair a tiles. He was fixing tiles only with sands without cement. When questioned he said he worked in projects of lodha & major others, the architects and site engineers advised him not to add cement with sand including for bathroom & toilets. Is there any regulatory mechanism for the home seekers. Their hard earned money for life lost on court cases without a roof but for totally understanding corruption or hafta.

Well Krishna has shown us the path to fight on. I am aware that the working class at present do not have a legal support, direction and generally orphaned. The most recent being Jet airways employees- about 20000 of them. If we have a economic melt down ever in future the working class is in for toss and the government is sleeping ( because they get enough pension for their family). It is for the working class to fight there way out with the help of people like Krishna and fight on.

I bought home from lodha and the next week I found this page ..what to do I am excited for my flat but when I saw all krishna ji vedio I feel scared. Lodha charged me big 2 lakh penalty for not paying payment for 4 months during lockdown as my money was stuck with other party. This 2 lakh was huge I feel cheated I fought with them and they waived 1.70 lakh still I have to pay 30k as penalty.

I recently made a purchase at Bangalore (Purvakara) - Project name - Purva Palm Beach - This Project is supposed to be a beach-themed project but only after I have made payment to the builder, I came to know that the entire project is run by borrowing water through water tanks (water mafia). They said they have 31 Borwell out of which they are using only 7 because that was enough to run the project, but the reality was that all 31 borewell turned empty, they never had water. The project from day 1 is surviving on water being imported from outside.
You should also take help or National Authority Of Real Estate Development co. Appreciate your fight and I wonder how the media in didn't cover anything about this major issue at public's interest.

You have done a great service sir, Lodha is known to hoodwink customers, this is not new, it is doing the rounds since 2012 since their project in lower parel. it is known that they along with other builders have consistantly defrauded customers and investors. The very reason Lodha has gone public is that it can no longer sustain the huge pressure both financial and the huge incremental discredit to its name since 2012 and they are simply insulating themselves financially. Pls do not buy into them. Their stocks or their properties. You might end up loosing your life savings. Sir you should check out another project namely "Brand One Wadala" by AM Construction. It's in limbo since 8+ years and petition filed by people affected by the SRA project who have their shanties razed and the rehabilitation building not yet given and their rents stopped.
It's not just about the quality of the flats. The builders and developers are ruining the civic system because of their greed for more profits. That's why during the rainy seasons the streets and houses are inundated with rain water and sewage water as well. Even the media defends them by just blaming the authorities for allowing such violations. They are dependent on the half/full page ads given by the builders.

Lodha says"there is nothing VERY WRONG with our Dioro project".that "very wrong" words prove that something is definitely wrong.

Opinion on behalf of Law abiding Citizens, if Law Can't tackle these case then Nothing is helping Humanity. The pithole is next step ahead for Humanity then, Even after achieving everything in world.
First of all, let the MBA,s be taught the right things in there academic s. I blame there School/ College in churning out such bad student s with bad ideas all for the extra bit of money. The portrait of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Gautam Patel is shown in the Judgment copy which is highly irregular. Judgments do not ever carry the Judge's photograph. Surely this is superimposed by the author, which should have been avoided.

Let us not be happy because one judge was in our favour. As an institute, high courts and supreme court system is in favour of rich and influential. Your or rather our focus should be not on this battle but on war against entire judicial system. Your most revolutionary concept is video recording (which is very common in some countries) and your stand that nothing is sacrosant in democracy. Your fight is against superstition and fear emanating out of such fear of Indian judiciary. Unless we, other than you, go for this iconoclastic attitude of thus demigod called judiciary, nothing is going to happen.

You have done a great service sir, Lodha is known to hoodwink customers, this is not new, it is doing the rounds since 2012 since their project in lower parel.
it is known that they along with other builders have consistantly defrauded customers and investors.
The very reason Lodha has gone public is that it can no longer sustain the huge pressure both financial and the huge incremental discredit to its name since 2012 and they are simply insulating themselves financially. Pls do not buy into them. Their stocks or their properties. You might end up loosing your life savings.
They are busy waging a PR and media cleanup accross all media, but the truth must get out God speed sir!!

Sir you should check out another project namely "Brand One Wadala" by AM Construction. It's in limbo since 8+ years and petition filed by people affected by the SRA project who have their shanties razed and the rehabilitation building not yet given and their rents stopped.

It's not just about the quality of the flats. The builders and developers are ruining the civic system because of their greed for more profits. That's why during the rainy seasons the streets and houses are inundated with rain water and sewage water as well. Even the media defends them by just blaming the authorities for allowing such violations. They are dependent on the half/full page ads given by the builders.
