Hello sir, i was living in aus on a student visa and i overstayed my visa.. Then i left aus on bridging visa E.. I've had 5 years since i left aus to my home country. I've got 80 points on this program, so am i eligible to apply to this program although i overstayed my visa? As we know that you can apply after 3 yearz of leaving aus.. This means that my overstay has been waived..

I don't understand the Graduate Stream for 190. You need a valid skill assessment and one year working experience to apply for 190 anyway, don't you?
