If you can't get access to nuke and pretty good alternative is a software called natron. if you want more of a 1 to kinda 1 of free wear options its Nuke: Natron, Photoshop (get photoshop if possible, more resources out there to get better faster): Gimp and Maya: Blender. They probably used premier pro for the video a good free alternative for that would be DaVinci Resolve (Davinci Resolve's Free version does have its limitations but it's pretty strong as is)
