Great video. I think this was 2004, as I painted my Scarab into the maroon and cream as it is now from the blue and cream, in winter 2003. You can see my Scarab in its new colours on this film.
It's definitely 2002. Blenkinsop "Scarlet Band", West Cornforth were displaying YD02 PXT, a Bova Futura FHD12-340 which was new to them in March 2002 which they took to the MetroCentre rally in 2002. It can be seen in this video from around the 7:55 mark.
