Looks like a normal house 🏠 175000 would be fair 😢
Apparently, it's the cost of living in the land of freedom and natural beauty...
I have to say that these offerings are far worse than what you can get in most CA cities.
In the best neighborhoods in Sacramento, you can get about double what you’ve shown here. 38-4500sqft, well over .50 acre and modern for $700-$950k.
It is the price you pay for living in a resort town. Coeur d'Alene is as beautiful as Tahoe with a much better downtown, so there is a strong demand for homes downtown, which drives the prices up.
It is surprising that prices are higher than in CA, but many people would rather be in Idaho so it's worth it to them. We came from just north of Sacramento, so we are familiar with that area.
Thanks for the comment!
It would be nice if they stopped building condos.
It does provide some other housing options, but I don't like the tall ones downtown.
Wouldn't buy any of them for $500,000
You just need the right motivation.
Way over priced.
Depends on where you come from. Nice places tend to be expensive because everyone wants to live there.
Thanks to jerks like you all I see around here is over crowding and over inflated prices.I lived there 35 years.
