Out of the 5 reviews of the Z flip3 I watched, yours Joshua was easily the best. For 1 primary reason. You used the phone for it's intended purposes instead of being overly critical for what it is deficient in. It helps to look at phones through the lens of its "target audience" because then a buyer can decide if they are part of that group.

The front camera if you use Snapchat, which is important for this phones demographic statistically, is absolutely awful (in snap app, in normal camera app it is good). The worst part is you cannot use the main outer camera because its not supported atm (it does not shown image on cover display or support closed phone shots afaik). On my S21Ultra the front camera sharpens up if you sit still and shoot the selfie, but on the Z Flip 3 I cannot for the life of me get anything but an unsharp mess on it with bad dynamic range indoors with lighting. If you do flip it around you will have no rear image to line the shot up, but the quality is much better, but stuff like this needs to be fixed, imo- and by no means is that an easy task to get the cogs moving.

Ok, i have been looking for whether the phone would be able to take 16:9 landscape videos/images in the flex mode using the main cameras, and this is the first video or resource that has actually commented on that. im so stoked for this phone, it looks like this is literally the perfect phone for me. i take videos of solving rubik's cubes for my channel and i take them in 16:9 format, you know, for uploading to youtube, so the fact that i can use the phone by itself, without using a 3rd-party stand is incredible. thanks for this video.
