Hi. I use quick wash cycle (of 29 minutes) everyday. In my machine after 15 minutes the timer goes back to 19 instead of 14 minutes and then at the end of cycle after 0:03 minutes it directly becomes 0:00 skipping 0:02 and 0:01 minute. Is this normal?

Yes skipping timer is common thing reducing from what it was before, I've seen sometimes machine jumping some minutes less from what it was supposed to do.
But increasing time is not what we generally see,
I would recommend you doing a test to check that after increased timer it still takes same time to finish or more,
If it is same it's an issue with your timer if not it's an issue with the counter. You can ask Bosch technician to fix it for you.
Timer and counter are different things.
