I think so if you are building a completely new system and not an upgrade from previous gen gpu than 4060Ti is still a better choice regardless of big tech youtubers reviews because of less TDP/Power consumption, DLSS 3 and it being a latest generation card. Plus 10-12% performance improvement is still a better deal for 5-6k price difference!

I recently bought Sapphire pulse RX 6700 10 gb, it is close to 3060 ti, but extra 2 gb really helps alot in AAA games.

For gaming Amd is more affordable with more vram and lower prices, but for editing Nvidia is much better since they have Cuda cores.
New amd 7000 series is beast. If you can afford go for amd 7700 xtx

rtx 3060ti is way better dude not just in 1080p gaming its 1440p proof too you can play any game on max settings at 1440p on a rtx 3060ti. The 4060ti is much like a 4050ti tbh

Dekh bhai a750 (with latest drivers) 22 se 23 thousand ka mil Raha hai ohi 3060 27 se 30 thousand me . Arc a750 is pretty good at this price but in blender animation rtx cards gives more performance. So take rtx only for blender or take a750 and save money to buy a better ram kit or a motherboard for future. And also in the RTX line up 3060 is one of the lowest card just over the 2060 super and 3050 . If you want to animation in blender try a Higher card like 3060 ti or 3070 (agar mile ) used market bhi search Karo bohot mil jayenge achhe price pe . But beware of fraudstar 😅

Don't take under 12gb card, and go with Nvidia as Intel cards has driver issues, Gpu le reho srif editing to nehi karo ge 12gb v ram is bare minimum and only 3060 comes with 12gb but the card is only good for 1080p gaming.

Hmmm this is a hard decision. But if it were I and I were on a strict budget of around $300 USD. On the Nvidia side I Would take the RTX 3060 12GB (Yes both GPUS that you have listed will be faster but this GPU will run a lot better when they run out of VRAM)
On the AMD side I would take AMD 6700XT (it runs faster than the three GPUS listed, has 12GB VRAM, and offers a excellent value for the money) If you are willing to spend an additional $70 the AMD 6800 offers much little more performance and has 16GB VRAM making it more future proof.
Until I see the AMD 7800XT drop to $400 these older gen AMD cards are fine
At this point I wouldn’t consider Nivdia as the AMD drivers have improved. The only reason why I would buy Nivdia is if you’re doing VR, CAD programs, or anything that is not gaming.

In this segment and at this point in time one should consider 6750 XT/6700 XT cards, no need buy the new rubbish dumped by NVidia. 3060 Ti was a good card for it's time and still is today but 4060 Ti is dead on arrival.
