I'm one of those guys who easily gets tongue-tied. I can barely string together coherent sentences. But, I believe we are called to share the Gospel. I bought a new Bible today. I plan to start in Genesis and highlight blocks of scripture and string together a Gospel sermon just from reading the Bible out loud. I don't plan to debate, but I will have a couple of Bibles to give away and a handful of tracts. My wife and I are going to walk the area where I will read the Word and pray first, and then I will go back and read. Pray for us, my dear Brothers.

I’ve been blessed to be apart of a church that has been involved in open air preaching for nearly a decade now. I have been preaching on the streets since 2014 and the Lord can use it to greatly refine your familiarity with scripture and the ability to preach extemporaneously.
I go out by myself, it's not about me but rather about sharing the gospel with the strangers I encounter. Plus I'm not hindered by having to organize others to go with me.

Was spat on, hissed at, etc. but we counted it a blessing to be “persecuted” for the name of Jesus Christ. Fully expect people to hate because the world hates Jesus. A couple people stopped us and told us we had encouraged them in their walk as Christians because they’ve never seen someone open air preach and proclaim His name unashamedly. I learned a ton and I’m excited to go out again. I actually watched one of your videos before I went out! So thank you, I subscribed. I have a little channel too I’ve started. This is definitely my Achilles heel. I'm the pastor of a small church (about 10 people) and I've been convicted of not street preaching enough. It's just that my past experiences have been awkward and unfruitful so the motivation to do so has been sucked out of me. Thank you for this video. It's a great reminder that I need to do this. It's definitely not my strength though and need a lot of help in this area.
We do it every Saturday at 3 pm April to end of august then our bible institute starts back up in September. This is to prevent losing our liberty to preach seems to work good for over 40 years in Florida.
A lot of time with street preaching you don't get to see the fruits first hand but don't give up. Just keep planting and watering and trust that God is giving the increase even when you cant see it! God's word never goes out and comes back void :) Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
It's not always about the fruit, but going out into the fields to plant or water seeds others have planted. More people hear the Gospel on the streets. We are told to go, not wait for them to come, especially in these last days. I was open air preaching when two men came by and told me "you may not see the fruits of your efforts now, but one day you will". I believe it was the Lord that told those men to say those memorable words to me. Look up the video "The Man from George Street".

Street preaching should indeed be a must for pastors and preachers. It was done by our Lord, the apostles and throughout church history. It's one of God's ways of evangelizing throughout the Bible.Thank you for your work for the Lord. Know that it is never in vain! I live in Framingham Massachusetts. Me and some other brothers in Christ street preach. We are looking for more brothers who want to get out and street preach with us .
Thank you brother for the outline of Spurgeon's instruction to publicly proclaim the gospel of Christ and this I have found to be of encouragement. I preach weekly on the streets in Colchester, Essex, England and find most often little to no acknowledgement but I am encouraged that no labour for the Lord is in vain and am greatly encouraged when some stop to listen and converse after the preaching is done. Lord bless and please preach out on the street wherever you are as God has commanded it and those outside the church surely need it.

I got out and did some street preaching for the very first time a few weeks ago and it honestly felt great. God has been telling me that I need to get out and do more and there is a severe lack of outdoors evangelism where I live. Most people were polite, but awkwardly tried to get away, one man was fairly angry, one woman was receptive, but seemed a bit confused and had some "unique" ideas about God based on past religious experiences. One lady though was VERY interested and even though her husband and small child wanted to get away, she really wanted to stick around and hear the gospel. I thought that if in 2 hours, even if she was the only one that we were able to reach, how great and incredible that is, and I thank God so much for that.
This is more needed as the freedom of speech, it is threatened by government policies. The Landlord of the earth. Everyone is in His debt, I don't fret! Thanks for how do the unregenerate venerate?

I have begun preaching in public here in Denmark but every single church is against me. No support in any way. Church is the greatest single hindrance for revival.
Glory to Jesus! Yes every church should be very loud in the public sphere, but they hinder the Gospel. Did you know that the word church - kyriake - is no where in the Greek text?
As someone who goes to London often, this world is becoming more lost. So many scroogesbut lots of seeds sown. London is the best and worst place to preach. So many falsehoods, idols and hedklers.
Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before , if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.
The holy spirit depart from me for 9 months and I feel numb and no remorse no feeling no conviction no nothing what do maybe reprobate and conscious seer with a hot iron
If you are feeling your lack of these things and are concerned about them, you don't yet have a reprobate mind or a conscience seared, you would not care at all; if you were reprobate you'd be so hard there would be zero desire to seek help or to be reconciled with the Lord. So don't despair. If there is known sin in your life, repent (change your mind and your ways) and seek the Lord with all your heart mind soul and strength. Don't worry about the feelings, they come after obedience to the Lord but if you're backslidden you may not feel much at all for a season. Do what Christ says to the churches in revelation: if you have left first love go and do your first works. You don't need to "feel" convicted, obey the Lord's words no matter what you feel. Submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee. The Holy Spirit "is given by God to those who obey him.” Acts 5:32

Amen, repentance is a change of mind about what you're trusting in to get you to heaven.

Seek counsel from your pastor, be faithful to the means of grace, immerse your heart in Scripture
