But we got another golf 2 Rallye episode out.
With some new stuff i did, building my first ever Aluminium Radiator !

Great fabrication video as always, love the work you do. I have a suggestion for the radiator maybe to improve the efficiency by adding dividers in the end tanks so the coolant travels in an S pattern. It might help keep the temperature down better. Just my 2 cents but keep up the good work.

This is a really nice Cooler.🥰
I just hope there is enough space for the other Coolers and the Fans 🥴.
Do you also put the window water tank in the Enginebay?
The tank from the Golf MK4 fits the Golf MK2 quite well and doesn't look too old for the project.

Try to look at a intercooler from a VW T4 Caravelle, with a AHY engine. They have a good all around fitting, a take standard 0,8 bar, but they can easy take 1,5. Isn’t that what a RS3 rounds.
