I have made small delicate twine bows from fabric strands pulled off of burlap. That would be cute on the watering can with the heart. Great ideas! I LOVE hearts anything anywhere!

17:00 Watching you fray the burlap gave me a great idea. I have some thinner jean material that I could use I could use instead of the burlap. That’d go good for a room who’s decor is blue.
I have no words to express just how much I love the burlap heart pocket with the dried flowers. Perfection ❤ I love drying flowers as well. I always dry the flowers my children give me. It means so much to me that I want to keep them as long as possible . There is also another plant that grows along my neighbors fence. I know the name of it but can’t think of it for the life of me now. I maintain her yard for her so I cut those down and dry them as well. They dry the same color s wheat which is gorgeous in the fall. It grows really tall so I have quite a bit in varying heights. I love all of your videos. I love that you create amazing home decor out of so many items that are free or very easy to find. I have always crafted the same way. It’s so amazing that you share all of your tips and tricks that you have perfected over the years. I’m sure it brings joy to everyone who watches but even more so to those who are on a minimal or fixed income. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I loved seeing your I love you more sign. I made one very similar last year. Great minds think alike. ☺️

Not yet! But I just hang them upside down in my garage. I used to live where it was very hot, and I have moved to a humid climate, so not sure I will have the same luck. I think maybe drying in the winter when the dry heat is on might be better. I have to experiment!

This the BEST Valentine DIY video/ideas I have ever seen and that is the truth. And I was tickled pink when you made the Valentine with the Skelton key. Just last Sunday I went to the Variety Store within walking distance to my new to me little home as she (family owned) just put out all the Valentine's Day decor and crafts. I am really sticking to a tight budget since having to move out of my mom's house and back to paying a monthly payment plus utilities but, where I save in sne stores with coupons I treat myself at the variety store for crafts to make for my home and to make as gifts. But, there was this precious little heart with a funky metal hanger and the heart is made out of wood, painted an off white with a crackle finish. Inside the heart lower down is a cut out heart with another funky little piece of faux rusty metal holding a very tiny faux gold Skelton key. The part you hold to put into the lock is shaped like a heart on top of the heart between the hanger and the cut out wood it says, Life is a journey and only you hold the key". I absolutely love that! Since my Mom passed away I have been on a hard journey, navigating thru life without my Best Friend as we called eachother. Back to working long hours at work for a boss that doesn't care for others, just about making money. I came home very tired tonight, packed for my weekend trip with my Dad this weekend. After I packed I got out 2 wooden hearts (3 1/2 inch) with holes. I tied in 2 pink ribbons. I decorated one with my non bleed glitter pens and have one for my brother and I will take my pens. Sunday we will go to my mom's grave. I have flowers ordered at a flower shop near by and I will tie the hearts to the flowers. My mom loved Valentine's Day and always made it special for us children. I have every single Valentine saved from my mom and I am almost 60.
I have been wanting to make those little string covered valentine's but, on my lease it states we are not allowed to save brown paper backs and cardboard but, I do save the square tissue boxes for the cardboard. I saved 7 this past year to use the sides for a Christmas craft I never did make but then the other day I saw on Pinterest the yarn hearts.
About 5 years ago after Valentine's Day those large 12X12 cardstock books went on sale. Orig $19.99i bought one for $5.99. I literally have 6 full sheets left and a large envelope with TONS of scraps. This was a good book as it had glitter and foil hearts etc. I love your idea with stain on the top and cardstock on the bottom.
It's 2am I am due at work by 7am. Your ideas have inspired me greatly and I cannot wait to make some of your crafts. And, this heart I bought with the nice saying is a Ganz product.

I love all your videos so much. The one with the letter that you put in the center of the heart gave me an even better idea. When my mom passed away in 2017, I found some letters next to her recliner that she had tucked away. They were love letters from my dad just before they got married in 1946. My dad passed away in 1981. These letters are just as sweet and cheesy as you would think they wrote in the 40's. Hoping I can find enough of the dollar tree stands so I can make one for each of my sisters. Thanks for the idea.

7:51 The lace from Dollar Tree is just like the one that I’d bought at Walmart. I’m pretty sure you don’t get as much, but I don’t need as much for crafts. If I were to use it for a sewing project I’d buy it from somewhere in bulk.
