100% - terrible lack of viny in the field and sales are way down on my end. A strange vinyl black hole has opened up in the space time continummmn - maybe your luck streak will break the curse ! 😎
Yes hoping for a change too, it's been unusually bad the last months. I think I got lucky this time, just went in as someone dumped a pile of albums at the store and I got to the pile before their "pricer" came in and decided any were worth a lot more than 1.99$. This particular store is bad for that they have a special pile of records lying flat behind the counter of very common albums with tags at 15+, and they don't even check the condition. Weirdly they seem to sell these occasionally, my guess is to people that don't own turntables.
Was talking to the donations people at Salvation army and Mission they are saying donations are way down this year. People are not dropping off stuff much any more. They were guessing that instead of donating people are trying to use things marketplace or varagesale to make some quick $ instead.
Too true, the pile was a big change from the normal "whittaker/james last" type records I normally see in the bins anymore. And they were all in vg condition except for the Monks. its jacket was ragged around the edges. Thanks for watching!

The first 2 that you flipped were the best however the rest were pretty cool. My least fav would have been the Pipes of Peace.

Phaedra and Toto 1st are the great LP's IMO. I think there's a few different pressings of that Phaedra it was popular in Canada for some reason.
I've come across a lot of toto albums but usually they are not in a condition to put on a turntable for some reason.
