The Blaser F3 shotguns with Woodcock, Partridge and pheasant were absolutely stunning 👌👊
webley and scott will sell a lot of those pro comp models if it stays exactly the same as the one shown in the video if they decide to start messing with it like removing the ramp it will no longer look like a custom stock and become just another run of the mill clay gun and that will kill sales big time. its the custom look of the stock that will sell it to people.

Managed to pick up a mint Browning A5 at the show form the guys at Ladds guns. Jonny was on the stand grabbing his £100 side by side and we had a quick chat. What a proper guy! Really good show this year, and this video was a really good overview. Thanks gents.

I noticed that Browning doesn’t have that absolutely horrible fore end on the 725 over there like they do in the states.
Great series guys ! Take it as a compliment when I say you are the Clarkson, Hammond and May of the gun world (not sure who's who)😂. Brilliantly entertaining and can't wait for the next series.
How awfully bleak, your "gun world" whittles down to double barrel and the occasional semi-auto shotguns and bolt action rifles. The UK is so full of Fudds and Toffs Warner Brothers could make a whole new animation hunting Buggs Bunny.
@@YourBombsite I mean, those guns are this channel's preference, but they do occasionally discuss other weapons and firearms if you dug deeper into this channel.

Shout out to custom fit guards ( only got them due to your review) .. fixed a little issue I had on the spot with one of my plugs .. and I should have taken up their offer to upgrade .. just ran out of time with so much to see .

It's something I'll probably buy for my own situation, but that Daystate was most impressive. An onboard chronograph is a brilliant feature for managing the shot-to-shot velocity on a PCP.

I guess when you're in the UK if you are involved with guns in any way you have to wear a vest. I'm going to open a vest booth there next year.
They are highly vest-centric in UK fieldsports. There is no use selling them, everyone already has 12 of them.

It's a shambles that these people let the firearms culture of the UK die and now they're all too keen on keeping it within the realms of clay, pheasant and deer shooting.

As much fun as i have with cheap rifles, I(US) do envy the English shotguns markets deeply. A gun like your 20 gauge there would not be on a bargain shelf here. A cheap shotgun is almost always some single worse than a Baikal or a turkish pump

At 8:03 there’s a comment about the need for a thermal clip-on “due to the way things are going”. Why? I’m in the US, so I’m a bit confused about it. Thermals are used here, but mostly for feral hogs or other invasive/nuisance animals.
@@Alex-qv4nk thanks! I figured it had to be some sort of population control measure due to deer becoming a “nuisance”. I’m not surprised it’s related to governmental idiocy.

Same I do lot airguning around the farm but only rats but really enjoy it as do it for free help out the older farmers in my area
I went on Saturday to have look around. Was lovely to meet you 3 and all the other YT shooters.
I ended up coming away from the show with a Browning ProSport (with all the extras and case) for just over 2k
Fair enough it was an ex demo but it didn't have a mark on it.
There was some lovely deals to be had if you looked hard enough 👀👍

Your £100 challenge was probably hampered by a frenzy of bargain hunters on the Saturday. Ladds, and the stand to their left (can't remember who it was) had some really cracking bargains that were all gone by the end of the day. There was a very tidy older Miroku for just over your budget with Ladds that was sold by the time I doubled back, and Bill at Elderkin had some very wallet-friendly smallbore side by sides too.
Seriously good video, you made the shooting show look like it was worth the money! If I hadn’t have gone myself I’d have believed it too!

Nice video. Its curious how we view our guns in the game - clay shooting world. I have never been asked on a game day what gun I use. On the clay ground its a different story. Buy a new one and its a big talking point.

In the previous episode of The Gun Review you jokingly suggested viewers could take on your £100 challenge.
Well, for just £50 total spend I'd like to make the bold claim that I think I have beaten all three of you. Sadly didn't cross paths at the show or I would have made the claim in person.
But for my money I purchased an arguably more versatile/useful gun and three blocks of cheese. To be honest, the cheese was just a bonus.
With the cheese on top you definitely beat us .
But seriously 3 blocks of cheese is that one for each of us ?
Noticed a lack of brand names and images on people's clothes, Nike, under armour,Carhartt etc......looks much better

It's a Webley and Scott Pro comp, not out for about 4 months they told me. Think it'll be my next gun if the spec and price remains the same!

As someone looking at getting into shooting this gives me hope that £100 buys usable guns.
there were a lot of sub £100 guns in many gauges. I saw a few bolt action 410s
Don't forget to budget for all the steps needed to get your certificate. You'll need to pay for the licencing itself (£79.50 currently), a medical check (which most GPs charge for, usually in the region of £50), and a compliant gun safe, which depending on how many and what kind of guns you plan to own can vary in price from the budget (just sub £100) to thousands for top end hidden biometric type safes. Typically most buyers choose to go for a fairly mid-range safe which is £200ish for a 3-5 gun cabinet. Even with savvy price hunting on cabinets, expect to pay £200-400 before you are even at the point of purchasing a gun, unfortunately.
@@samwalker7567 yeah I know the gun is a long way down the list, I’ve seen a few gun cabinets around the £100 mark but then I’d need amo safe won’t I?
@@Horsepowerimages you’ll only need an ammo safe if you’re storing bullets. There’s no legal requirement regarding the storage of shotgun cartridges

Yes, although we use about 10 different words for them just to be confusing
I actually prefer it to "silencer", as that word has been exploited by movies & politicians to make the technology seem sinister to non-gunowners. Very few guns actually approach silence with one employed.

Groan! A British gun show is akin to a beauty pageant for the obese or the "Special Olympics." They can't have real guns so they want their shotguns fancy and expensive, while dreaming of one day purchasing that big bore air rifle. If you blokes ever dumped a 30 round mag from an AR-15 you would understand where I'm coming from.

The people watching this channel already know this, and not one of them support British gun control the way that it is. The reason that firearm laws are the way they are here is because shooting is a minority interest - the masses dislike it. You come from a country where guns are more ingrained in culture, hence you have much more public support.
