➡️This is a one bar Magicka Templar (MagPlar) PvP AND PVE Healer build for Elder Scrolls Online. It uses a very simple kit with a straight forward play style aimed at providing hard to obtain buffs for your group, huge healing, and big damage. This build works for all forms of PVP and PVE including Battlegrounds, Cyrodiil, Imperial City, CP, no-CP PVP, dungeons, and trials. One set of gear is all you need and every piece is very easy to obtain or craft.

➡️ALTERNATIVE OPTION: If you want more survivability (and an easier time in general) you can modify the build by dropping Seducer and using 4 heavy Eternal Vigor pieces with divine or impenetrable traits. Everything else will be the same. This will let you benefit more from heavy armor passives and Eternal Vigor will keep your sustain healthy with the loss of Seducer, while also helping with a bit of health recovery when you are low HP.

SEDUCER:
HASTY PRAYER: 4396 * .1 = 439.6 + [(258/2)] 129 recovery = 568.6 Magicka saved + restored per global.
BREATH OF LIFE: 4039 *.1 = 403.9 + [(258/2)] 129 recovery = 532.9 Magicka saved + restored per global.
Vs.
WRETCHED:
519 recovery /2 = 259.5 Restored per global.
Summary: In instances of spamming high cost abilities, Seducer is the better option for Magicka use. Due to the cost of Hasty Prayer and Breath of life, the main spammables for the build, Seducer is going to provide more room to spam higher cost abilities in tense moments.
The strength of Wretched is in its additional stamina sustain, of which we do not need for the build as Bear Haunch covers more than we need.
Seducer is not "better" than Wretched, but for this specific set up (when played correctly), it will provide more value.

LOVE not having to cart around a ton of different sets to jump from pve to pvp, and my dusty templar aleady has SPC. Time to pull it from the shelf, brush it off, and start playing templar again.

Dooma this is amazing. Who coulda thunk (besides you) that old school gear could be so good together. Now i can have a healing set to use for my Templar to use and it doesnt require trail gear or the latest DLCs to farm for.

Reporting back in!!!! This is a banger of a build!!!! I am loving this new Templar build!!! I built my seducer in heavy I just can’t not be up in the business! I made my first ever healer run 4 man and this build gives me all the confidence in the world to que up as healer! My first healer actually Dooma thank you I’m in love again with Templar ❤❤❤❤❤

Awesome! The more I played it the more I leaned towards heavy (ev) myself. It's really strong in small scale, I am glad you have something similar as well!
I indeed built this but stayed as kajit, still goes pretty good, it's had more heal success than the one I ran. Good fun build!

Ok Dooma I know you can do it…..one bar Tank build!!!! You taught me to heal, can you teach me to tank????BGs and dungeons!!! Give us the tank version of a build like this! I have DK bash build and love it, thanks to this build I have a healer……tank ?????

I've gotten so skilled with this build that seducer will now be dropped, and Jorvuld will take its place. Reviving Barrier will have a longer uptime and absorb more damage, along with the rest of the group buffs that are placed on the team or group.

Does Jorvuld also increase the timer on Spell Powers proc ?
What about using the Hollowfang set with the Spellpower Cure set?
Hi Ahbenshaut! That can work good for PVE, or Powerful Assault as well. For PVP you are going to need the sustain/spam ability to keep yourself and players topped off. I have actually been playing the alternative option listed on the website more than the standard version of this build for pvp, with a bit better results in higher mmr BGs. It allows you to spam even more healing/damage output, at the cost of major courage buff. Both work fine, just more situational/play style dependent. Great question, thank you!
How are you getting the 5 set bonus for the Spell Power Cure set with only 4 pieces?

Hi Elijah! I just checked the site and it's up to date with this build. I think you may have clicked "ONE BAR HEALER" rather than "ULTIMATE 1 BAR HEALER (PVE + PVP)" It's just a bit below the other One Bar Healer versions. www.thegameroom.tv/templar-builds
Probs a stupid question. But how can you have 2 different sets on an still have 5/5 items bonus passives active. But only have 9 spots available. Haha does that make any sense or am i seeing something wrong

This isn't a stupid question at all and a super common one. Your weapon count's as 2 spots for set bonuses in ESO.
How do you get SPC 5 set bonus when you only have 4 peices? Or do you have to choose from either SPC or seducer 5 set?

Thanks how it go in VBRP
You should have no problems in vBRP as a healer with this set up. I suggest going the full heal set up mentioned in the video with Radiating Regen + Orbs for the two flex spots. vBRP is mostly a survivability/mechanics arena. As long as you are pumping out the heals and your team is navigating mechs, you'll be fine. From a healing standpoint, you'll have more HPS than you need.

Hi could i run restro staff with precise with weapon and spell dam cause i like 2 push out as much dam as posibile with heals .
@@ashmain1880 Im sure you can make it work, but just keep in mind with this set up you are a always a healer first (even when leaning into damage, I still always back off and heal as a priority when thats needed). So if you swap stuff around to mainly do damage and then offheal as the main way to play, youll just end up being a weak dps a lot of the times without putting out much heals. You may be better off going a full damage dealer route with some side off heals to add to the team. Something like this could do that well: ua-cam.com/video/uhcD00X-R0w/v-deo.html
It all depends on how you want to play honestly. There isnt a wrong answer as long as you are having fun and arent holding anyone/team back with the build choices.
