First I thought it would focus on Loma and his potential fight against Gervonta Davis but this turned out to be even better. Somehow I always get confused seeing bad shadowboxing habits like boxers like Mayweather, Errol Spence Jr., Usyk using bands or hand weights - I'm not a pro but several good coaches I know always say it develops bad habits and manipulate your form. There are many great boxers with good techniques who always shadowboxed without tools like Pacquiao, Crawford, Lomachenko, Golovkin, Ali. And as always - great motivation.
