@@komodo_moe3930 ok so kotor 1 and kotor 2 are the best star wars games ever made. They may look a bit dated, but the dialogue and feel of the game is phenomenal.
Kotor 1 is set 4000 years before the events of a new hope where a war is taking place between the republic and sith empire. You choose your character and make choices that influence your character, the people around you and the galaxy.
Kotor 2 is set 10 (i think) years after kotor 1 and you create your character in a galaxy where the jedi are apparently extinct, and the republic is on the brink of collapse. The sith have revealed themselves and believe you to be the last Jedi.
Both games contain the whole choices thing and are set 100 years before the events of swtor. Watch some gameplay, it'll give you an idea of what you're in for.
Also the whole thing with this comment is in kotor 2 (and kind of kotor 1) you can gain influence on your companions allowing them to trust you and sometimes giving you the opportunity to train them in the force or for them to completely distrust you. It all depends on your actions.

Throughout the series Grevious became way too powerful for Kenobi to handle in duels that he had to restort to the force or run away (two things that didn't result in victory), in terms of raw lightsaber combat, Grevious is stronger than Obi.

Up to that point, Grievous held his own, and though on the back foot, he continued holding his own against Fisto until his guard arrived. Without the force, in just saber-to-saber combat, General Grievous is one of the best fighters in Star Wars, only really beaten by Sith (His fighting style relies on overwhelming/fear, something not effective on Sith) and Jedi Masters. Up against a regular Jedi Knight, Grievous will win pretty much every time. That is, in just saber skill.

About Grievous, he was never supposed to be as powerful as he was portrayed in the 2003 show to begin with, it makes for fun action scenes sure but the purpose of his character was never to be that way. ROTS also directly contradicts his 2003 character by the following statement from Windu: “Grievous will run and hide as he always does, he’s a coward”.
While I definitely enjoy 2003 Grievous for what he is I like his TCW appearance more simply because it is in line with his actual character as envisioned in the first place. Personally, I also think TCW Grievous gets far too much flak we have plenty of occasions where he is actually threatening Eeth Koth, him vs Galia, and his multiple encounters with Kenobi in the show (where Grievous actually has the upper hand for the most part, until Kenobi uses the force on him) not to mention his massacre on Dathomir. Having said all this though, I would’ve liked to see a bit more of Grievous being threatening in the show (the Utapau arc comes to mind; still bummed it was never finished).

I love seeing how the fight choreography evolves through the show. In seasons 1 & 2, it was all just snappy, quick movements and a freeze frame. But once we got to season 3 here, they started implementing little things from the live action films that just even though they're subtle, really help it feel more authentic. You can definitely tell by just the number of times people just twirl their lightsaber either in between attacks or whenever they break off for a second. And I could go on about how it evolves even more all the way through to season 7 but that would take too long and this is only season 3

Possibly but I think it is more like how individuals with two lightsabers fight against individuals who only have 1. I have a feeling there will be some similarities in the fighting style in that regard.

They just loved to tease us with Anakin and Grievous. Numerous times in this show, they were in the same area, but then Anakin would go to a different area before they have a chance to meet and fight. This, on the Malevolence, that episode with R3, the episode with Eath Koth, and the one with the gungans where he ran after the evil guy while Grievous was landing and then got traded for each other. Literally went right past each other but Anakin was mostly unconscious.

First time he stops after Obi-Wan is on the ground, slowly raises his sabers and Obi-Wan leaps away. Here he gloats about how Kamino is totally doomed and gets force pushed away. In another fight he kicks obi-Wan to the ground and says the story of Obi-Wan Kenobi ends here instead of continuing to attack a defenseless Kenobi. In another duel, he saber locks Kenobi and kicks him again only to stop moving and allow Cody to shoot a fuel barrel thrown by Obi-Wan, stopping Grievous for the moment so Kenobi can run. In another fight he actually finally gets Obi-Wan in a position of helplessness in a season 7 deleted scene but decides to place his sabers over his throat and laugh instead of killing him. RIDICULOUS LOL

Honestly when Ventress Force Pushed Anakin into the information device she should’ve just ran. Anakin wouldn’t have been able to catch up for awhile and she would’ve been done with her mission and spared Dooku’s wrath. Too bad she enjoys fighting Jedi too much.

I still hate that no one acknowledges the stupidity and canon-breakingness of Grievous only having four fingers per hand. Two fingers, even robot fingers, are not good for holding a melee weapon.
