Lots of prople in the comments are saying this isnt art, in my opinion it is an abstract film installation, its abstraction makes your mind wonder.. like theres so much movement created through light and all the colours have meaning. And thats what contemporary art is about, its open to interpretation. For me It reminds me of creation, all the elements of life.. the water, sun, and earth. Also looks like it has a lot of macrophotography.

What kind of program can i use to create that kind of visual film?

I've made something similar using premier pro, you take one single shot and use the crop tool to splice it into small sections and can edit and colour correct each section. To this scale I imagine you would have to edit 3 separate versions that all synced and were projected/played across 3 screens simultaneously. It would take alot of time to sync everything perfectly and I'm sure there are better programmes, but a more basic version is deffinetly achievable using premier pro.
