I have to say, I LOVE your almost chaotic style of approaching a build. Just slap things down, modify, redo, rearrange and paint like mad and have so much fun! It is so refreshing from the many perfectly aligned superbly detailed nitpicked little displays I often come across. Thanks for sharing your process with us and showing us that a bit of FUN is the best ingredient when making worlds. :-)
God damn Trent, you've already completed a whole board and I haven't even finished my Warband!!! Definitely need to write up some custom scenarios, I can't wait!
I've made a 2x2 trench board for Forbidden Psalm: Last War. Everywhere the duckboards are broken or missing, there are piles of bones, making it look like the mounds of soil between trenches and underneath are all filled with bones.
Trent is truly the Bob Ross of nerd hobbies. I have never felt as much positivity and inspiration coming from just a stranger I'll most likely never meet as from these videos.
Man, as soon as I'm half way through scratch building a bio titan you come in swinging with another big creature. Anyway, the table looks great, especially with the fog machine
The environmental storytelling on this table is so sick. Also so many good tips in this one- the rotisserie motor is such a good idea for the purpose. btw the higher expanding smooth on foam is a lot of fun- as a warning though the super low density stuff is prone to tearing from my experience
Your videos are always the best! Years of toiling with my hobby, and you've somehow reminded me to just have fun with it and embrace the joy! Thank you!
Why does it feel like every new video Trent makes a brand new gaming table? What do you think he's got more of: gaming tables or unfinished miniature armies?
Always love seeing terrain with a bit of a hidden story behind it. I have some bunker-like buildings that I've made for Star Wars legion with Imperial propaganda posters and some sneaky graffiti hinting at a rebel hideout. along with some graffiti in the Aurebesh alphabet spelling dated memes like "obamna" and "big chungus". Granted, they're not really secrets because I can't help but point them out. Where do you get your hands on paper pulp by the way? Is it just bits from a shredder?
Excited to run the new Estalian warband that dropped? Lol Awesome work mate Edit: my table does have a secret! The witch house, my wizard tower, has a built in sound activated light system! Lol also thought about using invisible ink to leave messages on the board
When you said secrets I expected like little trapdoors or spring loaded missiles like in lego sets. Which I mean thrones are coooool and all, but where's the nerf dart that hits you in the eye if you open the lighthouse door?
my fellow aussie, you just do this stuff so different. And hell is it wonderful. All the rest try so hard for a polished vid free from whoops and oops. Not you, and its why these vids are so damn good. The quiet back and forth between yourself and Rach of, "its not the best way to do it" "so why dont we do it that way instead" Wonderful, and oh so human. Shine on you krazy cat, dont ever change 🌠
I didn’t pay for mine so keep that in mind and I’ve done maybe only 15 prints sessions and only printed in bambu brand PLA so far. I love it, it is what everyone says it is and it’s been running non-stop since I got it because it’s so easy to use.
Great stuff. I love table secrets. I've been building a ruined city. All the graffiti alludes to a political movement that may have accidentally caused the cities ruin. I literally think no one else will notice but me.
No sense trying to save a few cents on supports, especially when those supports look like cool alien tree trunks or scrapyard junk for the future. Zero waste.
I really want to enjoy your channel but your editing and sound really agitate my ADHD brain. I love your topics. You have some really cool points to illustrate, I just turn down your audio and read captions but still, the edits...
I'll be honest... I'm a little disappointed... I thought the secret was going to be some sort of elaborate proposal that you made her sculpt herself without realising
the ruins part of the oard ith all he eye blocks looksa bit too nice, i would make some of the blocks crumble and sink into the green puddles by cutting hem at an angle and gluing them in as if half was sunk into the board. For the source ofthe goo puddles i would add something, it could be egg cutches of cave insects or perhaps the crumbled eye blocks could reveal an inside of organic oozing grossness. you know, propper eldritch stuff. things dont come from nowhere. i would also add some crystals or mushrooms.

Every time Trent uploads. It's like reading a post by a dimensional traveler, sharing His wild experiences and things he learned on the way.
The editing on these vlogs is real chef's kiss emoji.

Thank you so much! Such kind words
Tell me your secrets, oh great gaming table
God damn Trent, you've already completed a whole board and I haven't even finished my Warband!!!
Definitely need to write up some custom scenarios, I can't wait!
This is awesome. And it goes to show that the best terrain (digitally sculpted, kitbashed, or scratch built) are characters just like the minis.
Totally!!
I am late! I want to make a table now, too . . . but I haven't made any terrain, kitbashing, or sculpture in a while!
[Dwarves mentioned]
The idea of a table or scenario that activates because you acknowledge something on it is brilliant. [Eyes mentioned]
Even when I'm having a crappy time I know when I click one of your videos I'm going to come out the other side feeling better. Thanks Trent
Aw thats amazing to hear, thank you so much!
I second this! Although i basically never have time to do this hobbing stuff, you bring it that homey DIY feel i simply love@@Miscast
I've made a 2x2 trench board for Forbidden Psalm: Last War. Everywhere the duckboards are broken or missing, there are piles of bones, making it look like the mounds of soil between trenches and underneath are all filled with bones.
Whenever I feel low on creativity Trent brings the motivation.
I finally sat down to make a Mordheim table, inspired by your fighting pit video and got involved in a local Mordheim club. Thanks.
Following you for years and still impressed by your world ! This is awesome man !!!! Thanks for sharing it with us !
Love this mate and love you customising Scott's buildings to bloody rotate!!! So cool. Rachel's sculpting is just getting better and better too 🔥🔥🔥
always like the way you weave lore into your art and the way it drives your build to new and interesting ideas. truely awesome!
Lovely!
The tower's (pita-)gyros-copic system was a brilliant idea
Trent is truly the Bob Ross of nerd hobbies. I have never felt as much positivity and inspiration coming from just a stranger I'll most likely never meet as from these videos.
Man, as soon as I'm half way through scratch building a bio titan you come in swinging with another big creature. Anyway, the table looks great, especially with the fog machine
hahahah, sorry, send me pics of the bio titan! This fog machine has been packed away for like 5 years, I regret not busting it out sooner
This table is peak Warhammer, everything that's magic and weird and fun. Masterpiece dude well done
Thankyou so much!!!
The environmental storytelling on this table is so sick. Also so many good tips in this one- the rotisserie motor is such a good idea for the purpose.
btw the higher expanding smooth on foam is a lot of fun- as a warning though the super low density stuff is prone to tearing from my experience
holy shit this table is amazing! I love the motorized tower, the blocky ruins, all the eldritch stuff
thankyou!!!
That looks absolutely sick I wanna play on tables like this
Rachel and Trent. A formidable wizard duo. Absolutely wild. Great work
Your videos are always the best! Years of toiling with my hobby, and you've somehow reminded me to just have fun with it and embrace the joy! Thank you!
This is so cooool. Also this is an extra messy video that makes me want to make some terrain (shoutout to Rachel and Bambi)!
Man, I dont always like the esthetics of your results, but you always blow my mind and (more importantly) entice me to create. Thanks a lot!
Not gonna lie, i legit thought this was a secret proposal video because of all the rings on the symbol. Haha
How inspirational! If only I had room to make big tables like this. I love your workshop
That table is awesome !!!
And I love the little story behind.
I was thinking on how to make a trench table for fantasy since those are fun to play in and cubes are actually perfect.
This is so cool. I was thinking of putting of today's session's prep, but this inspired me to do new & more stuff! Love your content.
The Zilvrin skyhold stuff is quite versatile! Your stuff is also really nice, perfect for the board.
Looks awesome Trent! Love it!
you're just as messy as jazza i love it
The amount of work that went into this table seems massive. Respect !
Oh la dinguerie ce terrain, bravo :0
Thankyou!!!
I love her she was like one of his old videos by the thum
Why does it feel like every new video Trent makes a brand new gaming table? What do you think he's got more of: gaming tables or unfinished miniature armies?
So sick, bloody love these videos man!

Love watching your work. It's such fun insanity. Keep up the good work.

I love the idea of this table!
Thankyou!!

Your videos are so cool. I’m not even in to war gaming stuff but this is on another level

Always look forward to a Miscast video!
Thankyou!!!
Excited to run the new Estalian warband that dropped? Lol Awesome work mate
Edit: my table does have a secret! The witch house, my wizard tower, has a built in sound activated light system! Lol also thought about using invisible ink to leave messages on the board
I’m glad the tables secret wasn’t that it killed a dude.
"Just say the words..." ❤😂👍
Really great video!
When you said secrets I expected like little trapdoors or spring loaded missiles like in lego sets. Which I mean thrones are coooool and all, but where's the nerf dart that hits you in the eye if you open the lighthouse door?

So how are you liking the Bambu Labs X1C so far? I'm *this* close to pulling the trigger on one, curious to hear some wargamer/creator feedback.

Make your own expanding foam by combining polyurethane glue (gorilla) & pva glue. I want to say 3:1 but it's been a long time
Nice old school lizards
They belong to a friend of mine, John - they are proper old school!
@@Miscast I have some back at my parents place, need to go dig them out.
Yess new video lets gooooo❤
eeeee!
sick new tattoo
Thanks so much!! My friend Pablo of The Still Tower did the design!
Great stuff. I love table secrets. I've been building a ruined city. All the graffiti alludes to a political movement that may have accidentally caused the cities ruin. I literally think no one else will notice but me.
Love that! So much opportunity there
Hi Rachel!
Hi Bill! 👋
The secrets of my table is that it is simply aquarium decorations pretending to be a jungle (it is really not a secret at all XD )
Table
Table
do you use pla or resin for printing?
everything in the video is PLA :)
The carpet though 😢
poor carpet

Next time!

Hello
Hello!
