I am new to Destiny so excuse this silly question but how are you able to equip the different types of sub classes at the same time.

Its call primastic u need to get the final shape and do the campaign to unlock it

@@imleonkasper once you have Prismatic unlocked like Oliviercote stated, you will have to get the exotic armor piece (Relativism Cloak Hunter in my case) that holds two items from other exotics armor pieces. A hell of a lot of farming to get the roll you want though.
