Let’s Make A “151 Swizzle”!

Another Donn Beach classic: the “151 Swizzle”. Simple and rum-forward. The demerara rum is front and center with a nice sweet and sour balance. The Ango, Pernod & nutmeg add a nice depth of flavor. A great addition to your home bar menu!
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
6 drops Pernod
1 1/2 oz 151 proof Demerara Rum
Flash blend. Add grated nutmeg. Official garnish is a cinnamon stick. I use either a lime twist or mint sprig.
