Twelve minutes human face sketch in my favourite sketchbook (300 gsm Cold Press 100% cotton). You can find it on Amazon. Usually 10-12 minutes is just the time you can spend in a cafe to sketch a person at the opposite table.
For sure I painting by Daniel Smith and Escoda Reserva travel set bushes.

Thank you Shan!
Brilliant stuff....love it, love it...love it.
Glad you liked it, Gwen!
Your work is remarkable! So are your sketchbooks!!! I ordered one, fell in love with it after painting on one page, and ordered five more. Thanks for sharing your expertise in watercolor with us.
Dear Carole, thank you, happy to hear that! For my feeling quality of materials is really important for watercolor...
@@watercoloronlinemsolovyev Especially paper, and especially after you get used to working on 100% cotton paper!

Dear Larry, my subject for this is a reference photo :)
Can you tell me the brush information you are using? It looks very nice! 😍
Thank you, Sure! This is Escoda Reserva Travel Set brushes, Barcelona, Spain. Real kolinsky and amazing quality.
Hi Michael I am a big fan, fantastic work, what are the first three colours in your first wash, i guess its a blue a red and a yellow.
Dear Andrew, more particularly, it is Quinacridone Sienna, Indigo, and Perylene Violet.
@@watercoloronlinemsolovyev Hi Michael, really nice of you to take the time to reply, thanks for the info, see you around!
Sorry what is the actual name of your sketchbook please?

Nice video, but in place of the boring repetitive music you could have added some commentary.
Thanks for the tip, Rein, there is more commentary on my paid lessons :)
