27:36 the detective part wasn’t Wanda. That was Agatha’s own mind when the spell started to warp after Wanda’s death. Herb confirms she went from nosy neighbor to true crime bug only recently
The twist mid-season of WandaVision was Quicksilver Evan Peters, which then turned out to be Ralph Bohner. So this follows that pattern in that last episode we got the Billy reveal at the end, and then this episode kind of mimics the flashback we got of Monica and what happened to her post blip. It’s like a here’s what’s happening in the real world outside of the hex/Road sort of thing. I’m guessing the true flashback episode like Wanda’s flashbacks will cover Agatha’s backstory re: how she got the Darkhold and what happened to Nicky. But other than that, there are still A LOT of questions about how this ends, which is amazing!
I also think she saw that he'll be reincarnated as Billy and wanted to protect him from Agatha. Too bad that she didn't see Wanda wreaking havoc on the multiverse bc of it tho lmao
@@CloudslnMyCoffee I know what a good egg is. I’m 44, my mom says it all the time. I was thinking it might mean something other than it’s original meaning. Obviously it means a good kid. I was looking for other meanings in things the witches say.
8:189:39 Yah, his name is still William. Vision named Billy after William Shakespeare, so only his last name changed. But you’re right, that dog sensed the different soul.
I'm currently thinking that Lilia either is operating on instructions from "The-Lilia-Still-To-Come" or she cast the sigil on William, not to protect him, but to forget him. She saw the death of this bright, young boy and just used the quickest way to remove him from the memories and minds of all witches. She just didn't want one more terrible fate haunting her dreams. Unfortunately, after Billy "died" from the hex dissolving, he woke up in the body of William, and because of the sigil, he couldn't remember HIMSELF. The poor kid... both of him
In episode 1 I was like “dang Agatha is tough” when she kicked him so hard then saw this episode and in reality she barely hurt Billy with her kick 😂 Loved the contrast between her seeing herself as a badass cop when everyone else just sees this weird lady
When Lilia saw his future he was wearing diffent clothes in the crystal ball, i think those were the ones he was wearing when gatherin the coven, i still dont now how much she can see/know with her visions, but im sure she put the sigil because she recognised that was a Maximoff and didnt wat Agatha taking his power
The Marvels was another "wrong risk". That movie was a comic brought to the silver screen verbatim. Really, think back to it and imagine it printed on paper, 70s style. It works shot-by-shot, and that comic would have been good. And if we didn't have an MCU with a fanbase that's used to movies that use "movie storytelling", the comic fanbase would have welcomed it with open arms. However, we're past the point and there are not many people who ask for "bring a comic to the silver screen panel-by-panel" anymore. And those who do are not in the MCU audience. There are plenty of people who want to movies to be a bit more like the comics (secret identities, costumes, etc. see the reaction to Wolverine in yellow and blue), but world and story logic have been shown to work for Superheroes the same way as they do in any movie. I also enjoyed big parts of the movie. I didn't really notice the very shallow backstory of the villain (it still was deeper than most of what Marvel usually delivers), and I can overlook any concerns about the existence or lack of an atmosphere on that asteroid where the second bangle was found. But the singing planet was just a bit too corny for me and the catvacuation was just silly and served no story purpose in the movie. Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel getting a new costume was an unused Chekhov's gun--not only was there no followup at all, but both were fine in their old ones. BTW: I really liked the Pakistan episodes of Ms Marvel, but I also know a bit about the culture and history they were referencing here. That probably makes a huge difference. On the other hand, I disliked the school fight in the last episode. It feels like they had no idea how to stage a fight using superpowers and an armed government agency and make it "all ages". The result is just neither here nor there.
Imaginary dog? Sparky's not imaginary at all, since it was a magical construct along with Vision and the twins. Although, we haven't seen how Wanda willed the dog into existence. And given it was revealed that the twins really have souls, it just fortifies the truth that Wanda can create life, real and not fake. Though, it is through magical means.
I feel like no one told yall that he was named Ralph Bohner because the best friend character in the tv show Growing Pains (Leo Dicaprio as a kid actor) was actually named Boner.
The magic Wanda was using did not come from an Infinity Stone. The Mind Stone showed her what was already there and what and who she would become. It also knowing what Thanos planned to do with the Infinity Stones saw her as a way to save itself and so it bonded with her so that when it eventually got destroyed, she'd be able to bring it back.
Agatha All Along is a better tv show and helps answering many plot lines from WandaVision and MoM but WandaVision was the first one so it was a surprise back then about the hex she created so it's well-loved as well.
Wandavision was great, for a Marvel product but it is black and white compared to Agatha All Along imho. it's really so good that i'm concerned for the next and final chapter of the Wanda trilogy [before the movie] and how they could possibly match AAA, or outdo it.
She only acts this way towards him bc he has stopped believing in her and shunned her. So she her walls go back up and she’s playing into her other side again. But you know from all we’ve seen of her this season that she isn’t truly evil.
In wandavision the twist with Agatha and Wanda flashback was episode 8, so Billy is not the real plot twist still coming. I know some spoilers but I'm not gonnal tell you guys of course. But Billy is not the biggest twist he still a secondary character
@@SouMorse secret information? dude I'm talking about leaks, I've said that I'm not gonna tell the spoilers, but they are already OUT. You are the cringe one here
*man drives on wrong side of the road getting a kid killed*
“That’s Wanda’s fault”
😂
I think that was Bohner

Hahn is killing in this role! Like, she is having so much fun and it works for all of us!

Billy Kaplin is a “good egg” bc he’s a shell for Wiccan. Which is why she sigils him. That way no witch can harm him.
I also think she saw that he'll be reincarnated as Billy and wanted to protect him from Agatha. Too bad that she didn't see Wanda wreaking havoc on the multiverse bc of it tho lmao
Its a turn of phrase. Being a good egg or bad egg. Dont get me started on the Great Gatsby’s West Egg 😊

In her version, she kicked him & the whole chair over! 19:09 😂
She thought she was such a badass.
Also, that means Rio probably had a ton of fun messing with “detective Agatha”. 😅

Jac Schaeffer knows how to make a good series, damn!
She killed his dog. Of course, he went all John Wic(can) on her...
Totally love you guys! Did you notice the Bohner(Boner) joke on the shirt Agatha was wearing in this episode? “Bohner family reunion. Pitch a tent”😂😂

Werewolf by Night and The Marvels are both worth watching. People's dramatic reaction to failed risks sort of keep the MCU 'safe'.
I quite enjoyed Werewolf by Night but I didn't enjoy The Marvels as much. - Cam
@ChannelSee1 well did you watch Ms Marvel first tho...
