I recently painted my room white and nearly everything in it is white with plants and earthy tones & pale pink. I would also love to get coffee or tea. It s genes and also a healthy diet. I know healthy means many things for many people but for me it means lots of fruit, veggies, healthy fats. Also take care of the liver and dont overdo animal products. As for outer skin care, natural oils I guess. Find out what works best for you. Have a Happy New Year ❤🌟💎

My entire childhood I was a giver of ASMR. At sleepovers, I'd have a line of girls, wanting me to whisper then stories while giving them the tingles. But I never got my turn. Of the few times someone was willing- they would always break down in giggles or get bored and I was always so sad - as much as I deeply enjoyed making others feel wonderful- for years I've craved the kind of calm only ASMR can really provide (especially now that I live with chronic pain). I wish you offered public services - I'm not beautiful enough to be a guest on your channel, but I can't tell you how much I envy your friends, to be able to enjoy your talents in person. Your videos have been the only thing that have helped me sleep when literally nothing else works. Thank you for everything you do.
I'm so sorry that your childhood friends didn't have the thoughtfulness to take care of you like you did for them; however, it's wonderful that you've been able to find comfort in Julia's videos (I have as well!). Another thing that I feel compelled to note is that I don't think Julia chooses people to be on her channel for their looks (barring when she wants to have a different hair type --long hair, short hair, curly hair, wavy etc.) and everything that she seems to speak to is appreciating the beauty in everyone and everything (and that includes YOU :D ) so I wouldn't put yourself down in the looks department. I always say that someone will dislike ASMR until they feel their first true tingle. I was a little skeptical about it but once I had a brain melt during a video, I fell in love with it. Has helped me relax and sleep for months. Something even medication couldn't do properly.

I don’t know what it is but I get way more relaxed when the models have curly hair. The hand movements of the person giving the massage is always more gentle when running their hands through the hair. Loved this ❤️

This video is so extra tingly for me; something about Julia's touch and gestures, and Matisse's total immersion in the experience. I also love the models with shorter hair or hair pulled back so the shoulder and face massage is more palpable. Anyway, it's my nightly go-to now and never fails to create super tingles and relaxation.

I don’t know what it is but I get way more relaxed when the models have curly hair. The hand movements of the person giving the massage is always more gentle when running their hands through the hair. Loved this ❤️

This video is so extra tingly for me; something about Julia's touch and gestures, and Matisse's total immersion in the experience. I also love the models with shorter hair or hair pulled back so the shoulder and face massage is more palpable. Anyway, it's my nightly go-to now and never fails to create super tingles and relaxation.
I have really curly hair too and everyone always wants to run their fingers through them and break the curls. You know how to handle her hair and leave it looking so beautiful. Okay, back to watching with tingles on my arms.
