I've never actually experienced any if these kinds of things. I was always jealous of everyone else who had lots of friends and were always doing fun things like that.. I was a total, dorky loner, but also depressed too I'm sure, because of so much childhood trauma ughh!

Try less sugar and aloe vera gelé avoid mirrors cause if i get brejk outs i tend to sitt and put my fingers on them and that is baad. Big kiss. You are Beautiful. And I want to tell you once i dated a guy i then had a great relationship with. At our first real date i had a red spot on my fore head and he, said "The cutest thing about You is your spot on your fore head it makes you look human"

I am also a recovering heroin addict that’s been on methadone for over 5 years now..I sometimes have trouble sleeping at night and watching Julia’s videos has helped me A LOT! So I totally understand what u mean..just know that there are ppl just like u out there that are willing to talk..keep ur head up and know that if I can be 5 years clean on MAT then anyone can!!..,just stay positive and it will work 💜💜

I have such severe anxiety and ptsd, resulting from the death of my eldest daughter. Nights are miserable for me, because I also have a few chronic illnesses that leave me in severe pain. My 2nd to youngest daughter is moving 2k miles away from home today. I'm heartbroken, even though I'm so happy for her. I find such comfort in this video. I come back to it so often. It literally does feel like I'm sitting with a friend and just enjoying the moment. Thank you, Julia. You are really, so special!

Dylan Bouland I had to move city pretty quickly and started working at a company, after only 2 months I realised it was not the right fit and if I had longer to look I probably wouldn’t have taken it, I have no worked at my current job for four months and I fear leaving two jobs in less than 6 months will look undesirable to future employers so I’m trying to stick it out as long as I can so I don’t look like I’m a quitter! I was at my last job for 4 years before moving city so it’s not something that I do a lot, I’ve just had really unfortunate luck that these last two places haven’t worked out!

I started watching Julia a few years back for stress relief and insomnia. As time goes by, I've wandered into other channels, but lately, the insomnia has been so extreme that I exist on about 15 hours of sleep a week so last night i came back to this favorite and what do you know, I was asleep before the foundation was all the way applied!! Back again tonight! Seriously, the best sleep meds I'll ever need are Julia's, whisper, and hand movements. Should you ever see this, Julia, thank you so much!

I have been watching this very video for the past week to sleep with and it has helped me with nightmares and lack of sleep. I don't know why but this video is just very comforting and it really just helps me even though i don't know why. I feel so welcome in this video and very cozy. It made me feel warm when it was freezing outside. It really helped. I suggest watching this video when you are ready to fall asleep, turn rhe brightness of completly, place your phone so that the mic is at your ear under the pillow and finally turn the phone screen down to avoid the least amount of light.
