Put rubber around each tyre to help with grip , I used a 7.4v lipo from my rc car . Can just solder in a connection . Replace all wiring though and fuses as the standard stuff will get hot and with a 20v battery very possible fire hazard
I upped the power on my lads exactly the same but I screwed in screws in to the drive wheels like ice spikes so it gets a good purchase, good but a little dodgy 😂
This also confuses me as the port says 7.5v 350 ma which is rare, and the battery itself is a very small 6V 1.3 ah. yet the charger online is 1000 ma. You can take the battery out and use a smart battery charger preferably or a take along battery charger if it can auto detect what battery it is. I recommend a new battery and bigger fuse all together. The one that comes in it is basically worthless. Cute, but worthless.
Hahaha. That’s awesome. I just brought this today for my son. I’m definitely will have to hold him for the new mods
Go for it lol 😂 he had a blast
I just did it with a 18 volts ridgid, definitely, you need full gear on this guy

How long the regular battery take to fully charge? Would you know.
Not sure 6 hours probably
4 hrs
that 20v won't burn the wiring up will it? you know too much load or whatever when it's supposed to handle only 12v
Just run it for a few don’t let it get hot
@@jonesbuiltvlogs4855 foo that ain't safe lol aren't you scared/worried for your son ?

I'm 15 an trying do this but a bigger battery is it worth it
Just curious, did you install an inline fuse? Also, have you considered adding in a speed controller?
No I didn’t add a fuse and no just for fun took it out so it didn’t blow lol
