I love this and I love the Wellness Parties that was my favorite part! I've always heard them but just like alot of things I was over complicating things in my mind. I also like how she addressed that we didn't get taught how to market. I know there were times I felt inadequate and like I should know what to do when it comes to marketing but she definitely gave me a new perspective! Thanks for this!

I love this - thank you both ! I would really like to know more about creating the content or information for the videos, live events , or even physical events. Also is there a specific amount of time that is too short, too long, etc ? I have wanted to do live events or even podcasts but don’t know where to begin.
