Hey there, so sorry to hear this! Though you can’t convert AMZ tracking numbers to FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. You can try switching suppliers that ship using TikTok’s supported carriers. Hello there! I started doing this about a couple months ago & was starting to do pretty well! I was getting atleast 1 order a day for a month 😊 HOWEVER, I ran into the issue of them being able to track the shipping bc i wasnt using their labels on the synced products... They have with held ALL funds from synced products & after over 25 chats with them, i still haven't received one dime! I used my own $$ to put the orders in bc of their rules about not releasing funds after a certain amount of time... & i wanted to get products out to my customers ASAP... I was approved but made the mistake of linking my TikTok Account. I found how to unbind it but it still doesn't let me log in to the right shop. Any suggestions? Close the shop and try again? Box or Virtual Address: If you’d prefer not to use your home address, you can get a P.O. Box or a virtual address. A service like Viabox can provide a virtual address. 3) Supplier’s Address: If you don’t want to handle the hassle and cost of returns, you can use the supplier’s address. So, in Shopify, you can set up flat rates and create a shipping profile that "ships from AutoDS products"-there should be a selection for shipping from an app, as you won't need to add a specific address as the "products shipping from" to calculate by distance since suppliers will be shipping the products. On TikTok, you will need to select ship by seller, so you will add the tracking info or sync the tracking through Aftership. I was approved but made the mistake of linking my TikTok Account. I found how to unbind it but it still doesn't let me log in to the right shop. Any suggestions? Close the shop and try again? Hi there, you can put a random one but when it comes to the return address for your dropshipping business, you have a few options:
1) Your Home Address: If you don’t mind mixing your personal and business lives, you can use your home address.
2) P.O. Box or Virtual Address: If you’d prefer not to use your home address, you can get a P.O. Box or a virtual address. A service like Viabox can provide a virtual address.
3) Supplier’s Address: If you don’t want to handle the hassle and cost of returns, you can use the supplier’s address. However, you’ll need to coordinate this with your supplier.

Ok I listed something I found on Etsy. The listing was approved, but if someone orders this from my shop, where does it come from? There is no link to the Etsy listing, so if it were to be purchased, does that mean I go in and order it for them? I'm confused.
Hi there, when you imported the product through AutoDS it should have the connection to your Etsy account or the listing. When you push it to Shopify and added TikTok, orders should sync to AutoDS when you get orders from your stores.

Hi there, both checkout pages of each platform will rely on the shipping settings. So, in Shopify, you can set up flat rates and create a shipping profile that "ships from AutoDS products"-there should be a selection for shipping from an app, as you won't need to add a specific address as the "products shipping from" to calculate by distance since suppliers will be shipping the products.
