I don't know if you will see this, but thank you so much bro. I see a lot of groin videos, but they don't talk about the early rehab, to getting back to full play in one video. Everything was defined, simple, scientific, and straight to the point. No noise. A lot of them don't even mention how this affects athletes. I have seen a lot of videos talking about how to get rid of groin pain for normal people. A lot of those videos don't have a lot of carry over for athletes and how we scale progression. I wouldn't even count this as a guide. Almost the Encyclopedia of groin rehab. Thanks so much for dropping this FREE knowledge.
Awesome Video had groin pain for 1 year too!! thought it went away but it came back with a vengeance!! 7 months into it again but some improvement. I'm sure these will help the cause cheers from downunder 🤙
Doing this now... Be careful because groin will magically feel stronger mid-workout, which is a reverse-warning NOT to increase intensity. The real test is how well your groin responds after rest and recovery. Thank you Armas Strength and Conditioning !!
Damn that’s real…. I will stretch it etc and it will be little pain to barley anything what you mean by reverse warning bc I know what you mean it almost instantly feels good
@EmpireGlowCHOKO take care with each workout. I felt better yesterday than today, so I'm not going to stretch today or workout. I think groin rehab is a gradual cycle (unlike other injuries that usually get better with each workout).
I have Problems with my Groin for almost 6 month. I tried the exercises like Copenhagens and Adductor Ball Squezze but they don't hit the area I have Problems with. The painful area is the Adductor Longus. Can you please make a Video about All different parts of the Adductor and exercises to do?
@@clemenspfeffer6447 you could also play around with some of these and find an area you can strengthen that targets your specific injury site. I also offer online coaching to get you back healthy, and playing your best . Let me know if you want more info over that
Hi! Can you make a video on plyometrics? Like exercises to use for beginners, intermediate, or pros, number of sets and reps and how much in a week should we be doing them? Would really appreciate it🙏🙏🙏
Thank you Abraham I’m getting back from ankle injury, and videos like this help a lot , by the way mostly of the recovery exercises for my ankle are from you .Thank you again 💪🏻
I've ben having groin injuries and many others for several years now. It's ruined my performance and took away the fun. I'm only 21, hopefully we can get it fixed forever now.
Can i do weight training for lower body once week in gym with these exercises. I'm injured since 1 year after doing so many exercises i didn't recover so i left football and joined gym but after seeing your video i got motivated and thinking to start again.
Cotch , what does late off-season, late pre-season, and late in-season mean, and also what does early off-season, early pre-season, and early in-season mean? I know off season, in season, and pre-season, but what does late mean? You understand me
I'm suffering a groin pain from 7 months i went to doctors but they didn't gaved me a genuine info for it! Thanks to you bro 😊 But I'm try to get rid of it by doing many exercises over many months and taking regular medicines given by the doctors but it's still hurting after a game or a half what do you recommend to me?
If I have groin pains, but its not too hectic I am able to run I only feel it when i max sprint. Can I continue playing while doing these strengthening exercises or should I take time off and focus on rehab?
I have groin pain for 2 months now and it feels like i never going to heal again. It happened so randomly i was just training alone ( some freekicks and outside the box shots) and then the day after i felt pain there and it just doesn’t go away
Implement what you’ve learned here and watch this video to the very end. If you’re looking for personal help I offer online coaching to help you with your injury
Start now but at the isometrics and least intense exercises. Scale to your pain. It would be good to rewatch this video so you can catch important details you may have missed.
I have groin pain since 2 months but now i am getting much better Alhamdullilah brothers u can use the tablets (Ibuprofen 600 mg) and believe me it really helps i hope everyone gets better soon✌️

Sure! But I only feel it in the Gracilis and Hip Flexor, instead of the Longus
Are there some Isolated exercises?

Hi bro did go away and how is have it since 9 months
I have pain in my right groin from 0 to 10 it is 4 , Should I rest or do the exercises regardless, Thank you so much for the instructions ,

my routine is Bike 5 mins streches 5 mins foam rolling a bit and then i get into the session is it a good warm up?
Thanks men rellay usful
🐺🐺🧨
Do you encourage isometrics as well? If so, which exercises?
The isometrics from this video
If I have groin pains, but its not too hectic I am able to run I only feel it when i max sprint. Can I continue playing while doing these strengthening exercises or should I take time off and focus on rehab?
Yes, you can train as tolerated as long as you don’t exceed a two out of 10 pain
Do you suggest talking to a physiotherapist or going through the rehab process solo?
Depends on the severity of your injury.
good video
Glad you enjoyed
I have groin pain for 2 months now and it feels like i never going to heal again. It happened so randomly i was just training alone ( some freekicks and outside the box shots) and then the day after i felt pain there and it just doesn’t go away
It’s only when i shoot with my right foot

I've had a reinjured after 3years now I'm treating a full tear how longtime shut take?
i couldn't answer that. You should seek a doctor and physical therapist
I have a question, do we do every single exercise in 1 session or pick a few? I feel like this would overwork the groin no? Lmk
Did you look at the schedule example at the end?
Oh sorry 😂I should’ve watched the entire video my bad 😂
@@dyland501 🤦♂lol
Is it okay if my groin hurts a little doing some of these
Max 2/10 like I explain in this video
@ and how long do you think for things to feel better

Rest or upper body

Man these tablets are pain killers, they aren’t really solving the problem i think
I’ve been struggling for the last 4 years….. hope this is it

I heard that you shouldn’t stretch a groin after a strain. But you’re stretching it as part of rehab. I don’t understand.
You’re right in early rehab for a strained groin shouldn’t be stretched. This is why you would start off with isometrics and eventually progress.
