Best guitar shop in NYC, hands down. And you really can't find a nicer guy than Tom. My repairs and installations have been minor comparatively speaking and he has been a pleasure to deal with. And the quality of guitars in that shop is amazing. They have filled the void left by Mandolin Brothers and Umanov's.

Call me crazy but before the pandemic I used to fly out to NYC from London and back for a weekend every month just hit TR Crandall and Retrofret.

Great video I have a Fender villager 12 string acoustic bought It last May absolutely love it and I always use D,darrio Phosphor bronze strings great tone sounds really good especially when playing 'My Future' by Billie Eilish I'm a big fan I play a lot of her stuff Andy, Glasgow 🥰🥰🏴
