I lost a lovely Neon Breaders to a bad heat wave on my back deck a year or so ago. I am now getting a new one very soon. I loved it.
I've had similar issues with shavianas and gibbifloras, they're the hardest echeverias to get thriving, probably because they're so hypercultivated. Like the pugs of the echeveria world. So anyway, amend your soil with about 20% neem cake and mix in a couple of spoonfuls of dry cinnamon powder per quart of soil mix. Grow them indoors under a nice grow light. Not one of those cheap bunny ears ones. One that makes you drill a bracket into your ceiling. The neem cake will be absorbed by the plant and it'll have the same repellent effect as neem oil, but you don't have to treat it. It just becomes part of the plant. The cinnamon will act as an antifungal rot guard. They'll get big inside if you put the right light on them.

I have a neon breakers. It has been so fussy! It got too wet and parts rotted, I removed the rot, now it has little black spots on its older leaves, but not fungus or mold, just small black spots. I don't think it likes me very much. I tried to propagate a pup, but it refuses to root. Even with rooting hormone. All in all, you're right. Definitely not easy to care for. I have spent about 600% more time on it than any of my other 150 succulents. At this point I'm leaving it alone.
With black spots I think it might be getting shaded a bit... Try more sun if you can... Hope it gets better! ☺️

Hindi po siya de-spray... Nilalagay lang po siya sa soil... Sa ugat po kasi yan gumagana hindi sa dahon...

i have my neon breaker last november lng...naagapan ko mga ma root rot..kso till now wla pa ugat 😂 natulog ng mtgal sa lupa ...pero so far hnd ko nkitaan ng pagkkadry ❣

Depende rin po kasi sa size ng plant tsaka sa requirements nila ang pot na ginagamit ko... Hindi po maganda yung malaking pot sa maliit na succulent... 😊

San Po pwde Maka chat Po Kasi marami along tanung Kasi bago lang ako bumili Ng mha succulents at hindi ko alam anung dapat para sa plants para sa potting mix nila
Yung sakin po pagka pot ko pa lang po then kinabukasan may mealy bugs agad.
Baka po may mealybug na talaga pagkabili... Minsan po may mga ganyan ang mga plants from Benguet so need to check din po pagkalabas sa box...

If dry na po at lanta na pwede na po diligan kahit after 3 days... Manipis po kasi dahon kaya mabilis mauhaw yan... 😊
