Hi! I'm Mark, a plant enthusiast growing succulents, cacti and other houseplants from the Philippines. In this channel, I share some of my experiences I've learned about growing, caring and propagating plants. Sometimes, I'll also share some inspirational projects you can do in your garden, too, and also clips of what I'm currently growing.

How I Improved My Watercolor Succulent Painting
Hey all! It’s been a while, I know, but I want you guys to know that I’m still around, so here’s an update. I’ve been studying art a lot recently and I can say I’m proud of how I improved. I really didn’t want to post a study that I’m not confident of, so for this one I think I mustered up enough skill and courage to record the process and share it to the world. It’s not a perfect piece, but with the fundamentals I applied I think it works.

In this video I illustrate how I use this process on my latest painting, and some of the things to avoid so it doesn’t ruin your piece. Hop...

I also shared in the video the materials I use with watercolors, the basic techniques you can do and even a demonstration ...
ARTTX 72 Color Colored Pencils Review - My Thoughts + Tips!
I've been using the ARRTX 72 Color Colored Pencils for a while now and I just wanted to share my quick thoughts on them. So far I found them to be excellent, and has a smooth, buttery feel when applying on paper. The pigment is rich and vibrant, and I liked the shades in the set which includes both saturated and natural looking colors. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a good ...
Why Your Art Looks Flat & Unfinished / How to Use Contrast
What I’ve learned these past few weeks while making art is about the importance of contrast. Art tutorials on the internet often touch on the subject but I haven’t really seen anyone go in depth about it, which is why I wanted to make this video (there’s probably a video out there, too, that could also help you). Contrast plays a big role in producing a dimensional, completed artwork, and I’ve ...
Fixing My Biggest Problem With Art
Doing art have been very fun for me, but it’s time to face the truth: making pretty pieces every time is not enough. To stand out in today’s market, an artist must develop their own style. How they draw the face, anatomy and how they use their tools all combine to make this “style,” and pro artists know that it’s the thing that makes them unique from all the other artists in the internet. I hav...

Can you please give me you email or WhatsApp contacts. I need some advices from you and willing to import plants from you. Thank you. From Sri Lanka
Wow, this video is a sight for sore eyes. Nowhere else have I ever seen so many crassulas in one place. It's become my favorite genus because of how every variety exhibits decussate phyllotaxis yet each in a unique way. That may be obvious but I only got into succulents earlier this year and that aspect of crassulas particularly stood out to me. I've seen those varieties shopping online but they don't give you a good idea of the scale of the plants, and it's really nice to see them all beside each other in the same lighting. Nice collection!
boss magkano ang nagastos mo sa baka

Any alternative for alnus compost ?
Great video! And very nice information. You should try with gasterias, they are strong, beautiful and easy to propagate.
bro you are dying haha
Where do you find those pots I trying to find pots for succulents I rather plastic
Thanks a lot for the information. I have a question what kind of compost can I use ? I don’t believe I could find this compost that you showed. Thanks 🙋🏻♀️👍🏻
Edema ang prob ko, and it's my fault 😅 and yung getting into dormancy in between seasons.. Minsan need ko i-search, dormant na sila this time "ooh that's why.." moment na lang ako. I watch all your vids 💚 Love from Istanbul ❤
That’s one of my favorites. And so easy to head chop and duplicate it over and over again. ❤
Great tips!
Thank you for the video ❤
Off topic but what size is the Madiba pot and where can I purchase it
What should you do if the new growth is very narrow? Should I cut it off?
Nakapagpropagate nako thru leaves. Kahit maliliit lang yung dahon kaya parin nya magproduce ng roots and pups, basta given the right condition. 💚
thankyou :)
Not clear what u r saying👎🏻😕
I just bought a cactus & succ potting mix, and it is very sandy. What do you think of this type of potting mix? I was thinking of adding perlite to it. Should I do that? Miracle Gro is a brand name and its cactus & succ mix has a lot of bark. Which mix do you think is better? What was the purpose of the pumice in your mix?
Very helpful and thank you for sharing! 😊
I'm so happy to hear you advice!!!! I do the same - adding more organic soil to my succs and cactus, I have noticed a huge difference, it doesn't have to be 100% gritty all the time 💚💚💚
Please ,Say One more time "organic material"...😂😂😂
Whats the reason for the poxy music i hacked 12 minutes of it it never stopped so goodbye no subscribe on you 😂
Skip to 2. Minutes 12 to cut the bull sh#t😂
😊
Your plant collection is very similar to mine. 😊 I don't have a greenhouse though. They are outside and do pretty good as long as I only water when needed. I'm happy I found your channel 💚🌵🪴🌞
I have this fantasy that the pumice dust/flour is actually the good stuff and that after separating can be readded to the organic as a rock dust that will give a sort of ballast or proper ph and an affinity to the roots. I'll give it a shoot for some sample subjects.
Nice! So what's the percentage of organic material that you use these days for echeveria agavoides? Is it just alnus compost or a mix for various organic elements? What's the humidity in your location>
Thank you for sharing
Thank you too! Happy that my video reached you... 😊
🧑🎨🧑🎨🧑🎨🚥🚦🛴🚏🕋🗿
