    The first dish is 팥죽 (Patjuk)
    Patjuk is a seasonal dish eaten on Dongji (동지 | Winter Solstice)⛄️
    Koreans eat Patjuk to pray for safe new year. This porridge is mild and soothing. So, many Koreans like to have a bowl of red bean porridge even if it’s not Dongji.
