It's very unfortunate because this is the only shape I aim my best with. I don't understand why they didn't put the DAV3 Wired Sensor on it and charge 10-15 dollars more. People would STILL buy it. In terms of LOD. I actually have 0 issues with it on my MPC450. It stops tracking at 1 DVD which is about 1mm while with the Viper Mini, it still tracked at 2dvd's which is about 2mm. That difference alone did warrant me to "Sidegrade". But I still question wtf Razer is doing.
idk man. to each their own but I think the wired cobra is one of the best fps mice ive ever used. Its essentially a viper mini but a little bit better in every way. 1.2mm LOD vs 2.4mm... 2.2ms click latency (same), but better sensor latency. So with the better sensor, and more PFTE around the sensor. I find it to be excellent for CS2. I think the coating could be grippier that's fair, but once my hands get somewhat sweaty I find I'm able to grip the mouse fine. I hard disagree with the clicks feeling hollow, at least compared to the viper mini and my old G403 prodigy, the clicks feel WAY better. much more accutation and noticible snap when pressed, whereas the viper mini it was hard to tell when Ive even clicked it
I will say that the there were moments when the Cobra did feel really good, but the issues with the sensor just ruined it for me. If Razer just put a Focus Pro 30k in the Cobra wired (like they did with the Deathadder v3 pro) it'd be a easy A-tier mouse for me, even at an extra $10 - $15 price increase. Also the entire reason the Cobra lineup even exists is because Razer said the Viper lineup was being canceled but just a few months later we have the Viper V3 Hyperspeed (which has the DAV3 wired versions coating) releasing and leaks are hinting at a wired version of the Viper V3 Hyperspeed coming too. I feel like the Cobra lineup wasn't a bad idea, it could be a really solid mouse just the execution is very flawed. Hopefully these issues are resolved on the Cobra v2 (if Razer even makes it), we'll have to wait and see though.
dude, in cobra LOD is definitely better than in viper mini because in mini it is larger by default and in cobra it is 1 by default. (sorry for my English) P.s But the mouse from 2005 is sexy)0
ive had this mouse for 2 months and its been completely fine for playing games like warzone and rdr2 the only downside is how light the mouse feels but apart from that its completely fine just wish the scroll wheel was lit up for when gaming in the dark
@@mel0nFPSIts hard to explain the issue on my viper mini only works when the mousepad is oriented in a very specific way. If I were to rotate the mousepad even as little as 5 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise, the mouse jitters. This happens on all of my mousepads.
Personally I think that the biggest issue with the release of the Cobra is the comparisons being made. On its own, I think that it is a fantastic mouse, and probably among the best mice from Razer so far. It's built really well, feels good in the hands and suprisingly the battery life on the Cobra Pro is really really good. If only it wasn't constantly being trashed on for being too similar to the Viper or for it having "Pro" in its name, I think it could have been a very popular mouse. Anywho, at the end of the day, everyone has their own opinions and I am just very happy with my purchase of the Cobra Pro!

@@evanisfree6304 To clarify the 8k is useless right now, 4k and 2k are much more viable but it depends on your system specs. The main reason I say go for the 8k version just so you have the option of using 2 and 4k polling, better to have the option than not in my opinion.
@evanisfree6304 $60 USD I assume? There are some OK options within that price point but if you’re gonna go wireless you’d be better off spending around $100. Unfortunately I haven't been able to fix the issue, just a bad sensor implementation sadly, nothing that can be done about it. I'd recommend returning the unit and purchasing something else, just don't purchase another Cobra as all of them have this issue sadly.
