This video was recorded between 3rd and 17th June 2023 in Czechia and Slovakia, Europe. It shows picking of Summer ceps (Boletus reticulatus / Boletus aestivalis), Golden chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius) and Scarletina boletes (Neoboletus luridiformis). Furthermore, this video shows several other interesting species of wild mushrooms - even water mushrooms / mushrooms growing in water.

last summer was literally the driest summer in recorded history here in the pacific northwest of north america and an unusually cold winter so i have had a horrible 12 months of mushroom searching around here. your videos have held me over in these lean times here. thanks luke :)

Not much happening here in Ireland with mushrooms, weather's been extremely dry we've had some rain but not as much as we need, there's mycyllium is in the leaves but nothing yet. Thanks Luke.

Actually I eat them very seldom. Most of them end up as a gift between my family and friends :)

Why are you picking all the baby chantreles? Just leave them. Nearly all you picked coukld have grown to be be mature specimens

I left many of the small ones there, just didn't record all of them. Also in my experience they often don't grow much bigger than that.
