last summer was literally the driest summer in recorded history here in the pacific northwest of north america and an unusually cold winter so i have had a horrible 12 months of mushroom searching around here. your videos have held me over in these lean times here. thanks luke :)
Not much happening here in Ireland with mushrooms, weather's been extremely dry we've had some rain but not as much as we need, there's mycyllium is in the leaves but nothing yet. Thanks Luke.

mid to late july is the earliest i find any of these if summer is wet, middle of england
do you eat all the mushrooms you find?... because you do find a lot hah..
Actually I eat them very seldom. Most of them end up as a gift between my family and friends :)

Why are you picking all the baby chantreles? Just leave them. Nearly all you picked coukld have grown to be be mature specimens
I left many of the small ones there, just didn't record all of them. Also in my experience they often don't grow much bigger than that.
